FAVORITE açaí bowl with cookie dough combo simple ingredients but it all comes together so nicely and deliciously. They have random hours throughout the week so be sure to follow them on Instagram b/c they will post before or day of when they'll be out in Waimanalo. You have to catch them if you can!
We try to stop by and get acai bowls at least once a month. They have large portions and aren't shy with the toppings. They use fresh fruits and the granola is really crunchy and delicious. I love how they put a good amount of honey on, some places are stingy with that but not Ruka bowls! We usually get the ruka dough as an add-on, which is homemade cookie dough. Found this random truck along the side of the road and was probably the best açaí bowls we had in Hawaii. Added crushed Oreos and peanut butter. No frills bowl really but simple and fresh. Açaí was delicious. Came by the same road the next day trying to get one more bowl before our flight home but was too late ?
