For the most part, this location is good. The reason for my 3☆ is because the restaurant is nearly never clean. The trash is always overflowing and the entire floor: entryway, entire dining room including restroom, is ALWAYS slippery. It's like they mopped the floor with grease. Even when I worse an anti-slip shoes, it is still slippery. That is a huge problem. I've previously made a complaint about it on the customer survey and it was completely ignored. Only Jack in the box I’ve been to that consistently got our order right. Staff is very friendly and helpful every time we were there. From the large Coke Zero, Dr Pepper regulars
The young lady looked and spoke like she'd rather be anywhere but work. The attention to order accuracy was very poor. I attempted to park and go in to get the order rectified, but the doors were locked. Mind you, it was only 5:45 pm. I had to go back throughbthe drive thru line. Unfortunately, lack of order accuracy is becoming more common with fast food establishments.
