“I was charged for an extra egg roll order and I did not receive it. I went back the next day and informed the manager about it. I did not have my receipt but I did have my rewards app that breaks down the items by cost and they gave me my order. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. “Drive thru used to be more of a pain than a convenience at every jack in the box, even the outer islands. They couldn't hear you, and you couldn't hear them, and to make it worse, they could barely speak English, so if they can barely speak English, then they can't understand the words that's coming out of my mouth. I'm yelling my order from the top of my lungs at the Mililani Jack in the box that the Wahiawa Jack in the box could hear me. It's funny now but not back then. They must have upgraded their intercom system cause now they speak good English and you can hear them clearly, because before you couldn't understand JACK SH..“
