“Today is January 22nd…The team of guys who are working at 5pm..The best! They always have positive attitudes and they make my food fresh every-time! Speaking of which…I come here every other day almost at different times and I have never had an issue with the customer service. “Window clerk was Impatient when I didn't understand the difference between the breakfast comboand the platter. She was apparently getting frustrated with my ability to you understand her and B came Rude Telling me that she already explained what the platter was and keptinsisting on giving me a Platter“

“I've been going to Taco Bell since it came to Honolulu HI. 2 taco's for a dollar ? wow, maybe even lower? A great thing to do is this,look for their coupons. I get mines from the penny savers. Great deals for the food if you don't mind carrying around coupons ??

“Tonight (Monday, April 13, 2026 at around 10pm) I had a horrible experience with the lady in drive thru. This is the second time I've dealt with her and both times, she was not nice. I always order on the app. The app doesnt have the option to get Coke Zero, so I order it as Diet Coke, and when I get to Jack in the box, I tell them to change it to Coke Zero. I've never had a problem when I go to the same location during the day time or any other location... but this lady, always tells me that its too late to change my drink because she already made it. How early did she make my drink? Why couldn't she just dump the diet soda and use the same cup to put Coke zero. She said I should've ordered it on the app as Coke Zero because other people order it. She was arguing with me. She has really bad customer service. She is the reason why I wont go back to this location. Or ill just go during the day, where they dont make the drinks until I get to the window. That lady is horrible. No wonder there was no line tonight. Maybe everyone knows how she is. She needs to work on her customer service or be fired. She will bring down that restaurant with her attitude.“
“Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies milkshake! For milkshakes with cookies or other additions, they should use a bigger straw. Milkshake was difficult to drink with the straw provided.
Parking: Typical fast food parking lot. This location is mostly drive-thru. I walked to the store and was the only customer in the lobby.
Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair user can easily navigate the parking lot to the store. There is a menu posted on the counter that I find useful, I broke my glasses. Counter height is wheelchair accessible.“

“I Like they buttery Jack sandwiches or they 99 cents tacos and curly fries 🍟 and French fries the quality of the service is fast that's why they called it fast food 🍲 the food sounds juicy and tender and salty for they customers eating they at jack in the box at ala Moana center“
“Drive thru is a little slow only because they make food to order, which I prefer. Just tried their garlic cheese chicken wings, very good. Their buffalo wings aren't bad. I hope they keep it on the menu for good. They are getting a little pricey but their selection is larger and with better food as fast food goes.“
“Convenience spot to stop at off the freeway and easy to hop back onto freeway from there.At times depending on the time of day it a breeze to drive through.Restraunt is hardly crowded so it's nice to have an option to sit in and dine.Its quiet and can give you a peace of mind while eating.“
“If you're ordering online or on their mobile app, try to time it where you pick up your food fairly quickly after they give you the time it will be ready so that your food is still hot or warm. For drive-thru pickup that means factoring in the time it will take waiting in the drive-thru line, which tends to run slow. I recommend their combination/mixed fries offering. It has regular & curly fries and the you get a decent amount for only $3! A deal these days.“
