“If you're ordering online or on their mobile app, try to time it where you pick up your food fairly quickly after they give you the time it will be ready so that your food is still hot or warm. For drive-thru pickup that means factoring in the time it will take waiting in the drive-thru line, which tends to run slow. I recommend their combination/mixed fries offering. It has regular & curly fries and the you get a decent amount for only $3! A deal these days.“

“Food is always hot and fresh every time I order here. Seasonal Curly Fries is must. Sourdough Jack and Ultimate Cheeseburger what I would recommend to get. That are my two favorite burgers in here. I had an overall awesome experience when I dine in.“

“Today is January 22nd…The team of guys who are working at 5pm..The best! They always have positive attitudes and they make my food fresh every-time! Speaking of which…I come here every other day almost at different times and I have never had an issue with the customer service. I had 1 time where my food wasnt great, but they fixed it without issue. This is my favorite late night fast food restaurant…always good service“

“I like how they place each meal in separate bags. It makes distribution of each person's meal effortless and convenient. In the past, they used to forget my items so I got into the habit of checking, however, in recent months maybe even years they have gotten so much better. My food last night was great. It didn't feel super oily, my burger was cooked well, and my fries/onion rings were fresh.“

“Tonight (Monday, April 13, 2026 at around 10pm) I had a horrible experience with the lady in drive thru. This is the second time I've dealt with her and both times, she was not nice. I always order on the app. The app doesnt have the option to get Coke Zero, so I order it as Diet Coke, and when I get to Jack in the box, I tell them to change it to Coke Zero. I've never had a problem when I go to the same location during the day time or any other location... but this lady, always tells me that its too late to change my drink because she already made it. How early did she make my drink? Why couldn't she just dump the diet soda and use the same cup to put Coke zero. She said I should've ordered it on the app as Coke Zero because other people order it. She was arguing with me. She has really bad customer service. She is the reason why I wont go back to this location. Or ill just go during the day, where they dont make the drinks until I get to the window. That lady is horrible. No wonder there was no line tonight. Maybe everyone knows how she is. She needs to work on her customer service or be fired. She will bring down that restaurant with her attitude.“

“The Jack in the Box at the McCully King Street intersection is great. The food was fresh and the drive thru staff is very professional. The spot isn't the easiest the drive away from, but for a quick, hot, and affordable bite to eat, Jack in the box is a good option once in a while.“

“I Like they buttery Jack sandwiches or they 99 cents tacos and curly fries 🍟 and French fries the quality of the service is fast that's why they called it fast food 🍲 the food sounds juicy and tender and salty for they customers eating they at jack in the box at ala Moana center“

“Drive thru is a little slow only because they make food to order, which I prefer. Just tried their garlic cheese chicken wings, very good. Their buffalo wings aren't bad. I hope they keep it on the menu for good. They are getting a little pricey but their selection is larger and with better food as fast food goes.“
