“When I have meetings in the Leeward area, I always stop by to get some deep fried manapua to bring!! They're now called Aloha Island Manapua, but their deep fried Manapua is still ono and their baked Manapua and dim sum is SOOO good. Their bentos are also super reasonable and their hot lunch selections so good. I recently got to try their sweet sour spare rib and it was so tender and tasty! Check them out. They cater too!“

“You can also eat in the store, but they give you food in disposable containers. After ordering, it was so large that I had no choice but to go, so it was convenient for customers. I ordered one serving of the special set and kimchi pancake, and 2 adults and a 3-year-old child ate it together. I packed the leftover rice and side dishes well and was able to eat until breakfast. When you order a dish, you can choose four side dishes, including kimchi, seasoned seaweed, stewed potatoes, japchae, seasoned bean sprouts, seasoned cabbage, etc. All four we chose were delicious and both the ribs and kimchi pancakes were excellent restaurants. “Was super indecisive about lunch today. Came to this shopping center to eat somewhere else but saw this and decided to give it a shot instead and I'm glad I did! The AC was broke so a little hot inside but it's hawaii so not uncommon. I got the 12oz steak plate with noodles 🤤. Noodles and steak were well seasoned, steak was tender and the rice had all the flavor of the steak on top of it. If you're looking for a steak plate place in Waipahu this would be my recommendation!“

“When Wah Kung closed at 99 Ranch I was disappointed because their food was always delicious. I saw Tiny Tadani on instagram posting about Wah Kung’s new location on Kalakaua Avenue. I just had to find out for myself if the food was still delicious. The food was excellent and Michael is still the owner with the same cook. You got to check this place out. You will not be disappointed. Specials all the time. Very reasonable, gives a lot of food and the food is sooo good. I’m definitely going back again even though I live down the west side. It’s worth it. 😋“
