“I'm in Iowa to visit a friend and this is the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. I'm from Las Vegas where Mexican food is on nearly every corner. None of it compares to Potros Garcia. Try the Enchiladas Rachera. The shredded pork on the top of the enchiladas is AMAZING and the sauce is phenominal. I plan on coming here again before going home and I'm going to get just that pork and a pile of tortillas.”

“My husband and I stayed in Ottawa to go to a comedian and we love to have drinks and food at Mexican restaurants. I was reading some of the reviews and someone put that they would rather go 30 minutes to another town and I just have to say this was right down the street from our hotel and it was one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to and we’ve been to quite a few. We live in the Des Moines area, so wish we could be back sooner than later, but we had an absolute amazing experience. Our waiter was on point and everything was delicious. 10/10”

“I had the calzone and it was very good. Lots of melted cheese in the calzone and the sausage and mushroom was just as equally. The onion rings were traditional onion rings and not the stringy ones and they were delicious! Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable she was attentive by what we needed . I would ho back again if I was in the area.”

“I had supper at Courtyard Bar & Grill tonight while watching part of the World Series game. I talked with both Danny and Bren at the bar, both of whom were glad I'd come in. The food was pretty good (fish & chips), bu the service and personal friendliness made me feel very welcome (I'm from out of town & state). But what was extraordinary about the meal is that someone angel there paid my bill. It didn't cost me a dime! I am both touched and grateful to whoever was so generous and kind. Thank you! (I'll be back!)”
