“I don’t have a problem ordering from a kiosk. Actually I prefer ordering food on a kiosk. Except these kiosks are unintuitive. Interacting with these things is obnoxious. Placing an order is not a pleasant experience because the process is not straightforward. I don’t want a machine or anything else to nag me into buying more. I want to order what I want, I punch in the order. Why can’t I shove the credit card in and be done without being asked extra questions.
