“Founders Irish Pub in Bondurant did the catering for my daughter's wedding and I'm telling you, it was delicious! The Banquet Hall upstairs was perfect for her day and the staff was amazing! We chose chicken breasts, pulled pork, salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and sauted green beans. I would highly recommend!“

“my daughter and I stumbled upon this neat place today. she has the classic burger with a side of fresh fruit and she loved it. I had the grinder with a side of amazing tomato bisque soup. we shared some tasty chicken loaded nachos and will definitely be making the 45 minute drive again very soon. our waitress was a lovely lady named Tatum(I cannot remember how your name is spelled,I'm so sorry). she was rocking the bar and taking orders all by herself. she constantly made sure we were doing ok. 10/10🤟“

“New owners came in and dropped a coat of paint on this bar, hired a great manager (shout out Jess!) and made the place feel more inviting. Plus, hard to beat one of the best steak dinner deals in town on Thursdays. Excited to see what they do with a planned expansion to the kitchen. Looking forward to some breakfast.“

“Yesterday, Pam and I attended my monthly Ankeny High School class of 1968 luncheon, which this month was held at the Tin Cup Bar and Grill located at the Otter Creek Golf Course. We thoroughly enjoyed each other’s company and engaged in stimulating conversations, complemented by exceptional service and delectable cuisine.

I particularly appreciated their Grinder, which I found to be the most exquisite I have ever tasted. The delectable onion rings were simply irresistible, and my plate was licked clean. The Grinder’s bun was of exceptional quality, boasting a tender and pleasant texture. The meat, renowned Graziano Brothers sausage, was not only mouthwatering and flavorful, but it also provided a generous portion of delectable cheese. To my delight, it also offered a subtle yet pleasant spice heat.

Italian Grinder:
This dish is undoubtedly the perfect combination of Graziano’s delectable ground sausage, Italian seasonings, and red sauce, topped with a generous serving of mozzarella cheese and served toasted on a hoagie.

We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing at the Tin Cup Bar and Grill, as well as the friendly and helpful servers. Overall, it was an excellent value for the money. As we frequently shop in Ankeny, and the Bar and Grill is conveniently located near Costco, we anticipate frequent visits.“

“Wow, just wow. The chicken wings were absolutely amazing. Crispy with a creamy, smoky wing sauce that gives a nice heat to your lips but won't send you running for the milk. The corn poppers were also delicious and 3 kinds of exile on tap means you'll have a decent selection of beers. Our waitress was really great despite it being very crowded. Definitely a gem of a find with dive vibes but good for gatherings. If you're looking for good wings in des moines, these are some of the best I've had.“

“My wife and I went there Saturday evening for dinner, drinks, and a football game. Our waitress was outstanding! Can't remember her name but she is a 4th grade teacher.
Drinks were wonderful and lots of draft beer to choose from. We ordered a pizza and it was very good. Good enough that we are coming back Friday night to try taco pizza.

“HyVee is a friendly Midwest grocery store chain. They typically have the freshest produce of anu grocery store, and the best selection. Their focus may not always be on the lowest prices, but they have a better selection and higher quality product than some cheaper stores. They're not overpriced, just maybe not the lowest. I find them to be a good value for quality and money. Staff is always friendly!“

“My friend and I wanted a drink and a late lunch. After stopping in Bench Warmers several times and not getting waited on because the waitresses tend to pay more attention to bar patrons, we decided to give Bench Warmers one more try! We were pleasantly greeted immediately by Lisa that took our drink order and gave us time to check out the menu and visit while we were enjoying our drinks. The service was fantastic and always with a smile. We will stop in again in the near future! I think one other waitress finally greeted us as we were walking out the door!“
