He was working all by himself and still managed to serve everyone with such grace and ease even though his help arrived pretty late. Despite the rush, Tim kept a positive attitude, made great conversation, and was genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve come across in customer service.

I sat down and ate while watching him work, and he never once seemed stressed or overwhelmed. He was polite, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly without missing a beat. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and he’s just the kindest person. Tim truly went above and beyond, and he absolutely deserves a raise and some serious recognition!

“This is the cleanest, nicest Subway I've ever been to. Staff extremely friendly, didn't feel like I was interrupting him.
Unlike the one within the Altoona Wal-Mart. Started making my sandwich and when new customers entered she finished putting meat and cheese on it, slid it down and started their sandwiches... I hope I'm not a Karen but I asked her to finish mine as we weren't a group“

“The service was fast and incredibly friendly. She was helpful in providing suggestions and patient with my indecisiveness. I wish I would've got her name to tell the manager how good she was at her job. The cashier was very nice and provided fast service as well. If I lived here, I would definitely support them regularly. I got a 12"double tuna and a pizza salad sub 12", and it was perfect with fresh ingredients and bread. Job well done.“

“Came in on the weekend after the games and the line was long but there was only 1 person working. The service was pretty fast though. The girl is autistic and seems like she knows what she’s doing she’s super quick and cuts the sandwich’s really nice so the veggies don’t fall out. Other than the wait which is reasonable it was a good experience.“

“Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny. I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered. I returned to the main counter and explained that I owed them for a bowl of soup and drink. The manager at the register said, “not today, it’s your lucky day”. I will be returning to this location for the kindness both the kitchen staff and manager displayed. Thank you!“
