Girl with blonde hair had a lot of subs on the grill and got them out quick and the young lady cierra was helpful with our cold sandwich and great conversation and even made sure our table was wiped before we sat down. “Came in Thursday around 11:30 a.m. and the gal working was pretty awesome! She was very kind and attentive to the customers in line. She was busting her butt and I don't think it's fair that any Subway manager would allow their employee to work alone like that. I think you should give her a raise! Her name was Tiarra, I believe.“

He was working all by himself and still managed to serve everyone with such grace and ease even though his help arrived pretty late. Despite the rush, Tim kept a positive attitude, made great conversation, and was genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve come across in customer service.

I sat down and ate while watching him work, and he never once seemed stressed or overwhelmed. He was polite, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly without missing a beat. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and he’s just the kindest person. Tim truly went above and beyond, and he absolutely deserves a raise and some serious recognition!

“I stop at this location frequently because my route takes me by this place. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is always very friendly and do a great job. I stopped in the other night and they were cleaning up for the night and the staff wasn't rude to me at all being they were closing soon. They made my sandwich the way I wanted and everything still tasted very fresh. “Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny. I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered. I returned to the main counter and explained that I owed them for a bowl of soup and drink. The manager at the register said, “not today, it’s your lucky day”. I will be returning to this location for the kindness both the kitchen staff and manager displayed. Thank you!“
