“Taco John's is my reliable favorite for drive-through food in Boone. Good variety on the menu, they introduce a lot of seasonal favorite foods, recently loved the two crispy chicken tacos with chipotle special they had, wish it was a permanent dish! Lots of great chicken taco/burrito combinations which I prefer. And it's also one of the best values for the money. Shop the daily specials! Shout out for Taco Bravo Thursdays!“

“OMG we had the best lunch ever. We had the chicken, steak fajitas, at El Viejo in Boone which is right downtown. They have the best Mexican food ever. I ordered the lunch fajitas, and my husband had the dinner fajitas. OMG it was so good and so filling. A huge amount of food at a resealable price. The food is excellent here, and the service is out of this world friendly. We highly recommend this place.“
