“Having never tried birria tacos we decided to stop here for lunch. They were SOOOOO good! Highly recommend! We also had the onion rings and they were my favorite kind (breaded, not battered, and on the thinner side.) This place is definitely worth a visit. There's some seating on the inside, but if it's busy you may want to plan on getting your food to go.“
“The ONLY Mexican restaurant I eat at in the area. Consistently delicious authentic Mexican food that won't break the bank but will fill you up. (I have followed them from their days inside the mall next to that AWFUL woody woodpecker ride)“
“Stayed in Fort Dodge for a work function for five days and I wish I would've eaten here each day. Had the chile relleno burrito and my buddy had the fajitas. The restaurant was clean and the staff was definitely friendly and seem to be very attentive. Prices are reasonable and the food portions are good size! Anytime I am back-and-forth Dodge I will stop by this place!“
“Where do I even start...This place has a special place in my heart. While I was attending Iowa Central as an International, I came to Pancheros at least once a week. Very kind souls in this place. As soon as I walked in they knew my order before saying a word. I was probably the only guy who took a Double Pressed with Tofu. To the staff, I hope you see this. Although in Fort Dodge sometimes I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere, Pancheros created so many memories for eternity. Thank you so much.“
“Selection is vast plenty of options, just lacks flavor on the meat side. Other that that food would have been a 5 star. Service could definitely be worked on. Just needs more attention per table. But the drinks we wonderful! Will definitely go “
“My parents always took us here once or twice when we came to visit my grandparents when I was growing up. Now as an adult, I too, always stop in once or twice when I visit my mom (who lives in F. D. now). It's always as good as I last remember. Friendly staff, friendly prices, and fantastic food. It's usually very busy, but I caught them during off peak times mid week this time around and definitely suggest this to others. My favorites include the smothered Sancho (it's like part enchilada, part taco, part burrito) and the crustos, which are devilishly good cinnamon sugar tortilla chips. My only minor complaint is the interior has never been updated in my decades of recollection.God willing, I shall be back“
