“Clark's isn't about the atmosphere.The food is definitely the star here. We came for the catfish meal. We will be back for many other items. The service is polite, timely and knowledgeable. The there isn't really a weak item on the menu. We had the fried catfish with the fried (yes, it's breaded with a beer batter) baked potato. Both were absolutely fabulous. The Cole slaw was some of the best that Ive had anywhere.Our server, Mally informed us of the deep family history of the restaurant and the team looked and worked like a family that gets along and understands customer service.Mally informed us of their Clark's burger. They make it by hand with special spices.All in all, this was one of the best dining experiences that we have had in a while.“

“This is such a cute little diner. We met the owner and she is the nicest person. The breakfast was very reasonable priced and tasted great (made my bacon extra crispy as requested) The coffee was bottomless and the atmosphere was what you would hope for in a classic diner. “I have been here multiple times over the last two years. I love the atmosphere, decor, and generous space. The servers are all really polite, management is kind, and the gift shop is super cool. Even the bathrooms are wonderfully spacious and clean compared to every other diner I've been to.Unfortunately, the food is a bit over-priced and there have been a few times that I have found mysterious black specs in my water from the cold pitchers. Every time I have ordered coffee it is lukewarm (and this was at breakfast time) and selection of creamers is limited to one option, which for an almost $5 price can be a bit much for lack of variety of flavor. I've also noticed that the salt in the shakers is filled by a brand that is coarser than normal table salt, so any efforts to add flavor to a dish becomes too potent. (You often see this with industrial salts rather than restaurant-quality salt).Overall in the numerous times I have eaten here, I've had a positive experience with some small critiques here and there.“

“I had a pleasant visit to this cozy bar located at the bottom of the hill as you enter downtown. The morning crowd was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I decided to try the open-faced roast beef, also known as Hot Beef, which turned out to be quite tasty.“

It reminds me of a small town Midwest greasy spoon but I mean that with love and affection. I could have been sitting across from my dad or grandpa, it took me back to a happy place in my childhood. The food was fantastic! I'm a bit of an omelette expert now and the Anchor omelette was one of my top two in the QC. The staff was so nice and made everyone feel like family. “Really great bar and grill. The food is really good but I didn't think anything was so much better than any other bar and grill in the area. A very solid choice for people who live in the QC and are willing to travel a little bit. Worth it for sure.“

“I always like stopping here and it was on the way home this time we had the ribeye sandwich which comes with crispy onions on top and flavored french fries that were crispy and I love that. The sandwich was so packed full it was so delicious and it was a sliced ribeye so good. Needless to say the service was wonderful and super friendly.“
