“We had a really good experience at Chick-fil-A. The service was friendly, quick, and organized, which is always one of the things I appreciate most about this place. Even when they are busy, the staff usually keeps everything moving smoothly and makes the experience feel pleasant.

We tried the new sandwich without bacon, and we really liked it. It was fresh, flavorful, and still tasted great even without the bacon. The chicken was cooked well, the bun was soft, and everything came together nicely. It felt like a good new option on the menu, especially for anyone who wants to skip bacon but still enjoy a filling and tasty sandwich.

The only thing I would mention is the fruit cup. It did not look as fresh as expected and seemed a little old compared to the rest of the meal. Since Chick-fil-A usually has good quality sides, I was hoping the fruit would look brighter and fresher.

“Hey I've been here 3 or 4 times in past month or so and there's always been problems but your people have been helpful. Last night I came thru and after driving too you from cedar falls, the first person on the drive thru speaker already talking about they might be closing up on me. Then someone else jumped on and took order but wasn't going to make chicken because she has trouble counting. So a breast piece was going to be replaced with a couple worthless wings. But once I'm back home in cedar falls I find I only had one wing. And of my two other prices, 1 was dry shringen hard and gritty just gross enough not to eat. But also my biscuit missing plus the two extra biscuits were missing. I got all the honey I asked for but not the biscuits. So I feel like the message here is that my business isn't very important to your business. But I'd like you say it to my face, figuratively, here, publicly. Make it right and I can change to 5 star, or don't and I'll leave it like it is as it seems some of the big have the ability to remove their 1 star posts, this one will be harder to dispute. It's not meant as an attack, its constructive criticism that will remain visible“
