“I always enjoy visiting Chick-fil-A on Collins Road in Cedar Rapids. The restaurant is consistently clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and the staff members are incredibly friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a smile, and the service is fast and efficient, even during busy hours.

One of my absolute favorites is the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The chicken is always tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, served on a soft toasted bun with fresh toppings. It's a delicious, flavorful, and healthier option that never disappoints.

“We were visiting family in Cedar Rapids and decided to stop in to have a late lunch/early dinner at the Blairs Ferry Ave restaurant. Our experience from start to finish was Outstanding. The counter person, Nathan was very personable, friendly, and engaging. The way he interacted with us was something we have nit experienced at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. He exemplified service, a can do attitude and a desire to nsje sure our order was right. We knew our food was going to taste great, it did. This young is a great representative of your restaurant.“
