Chick-fil-A in Cedar Rapids

“Went again for the first time in years. Place was packed, employees everywhere in the back, always 3 people taking orders. They greeted, attentive, asked about condiments, and wished us well. Food was fresh and moderately priced. Host came around to tables to ask if we wanted free refills. Great restaurant experience, will come again.“

“We were visiting family in Cedar Rapids and decided to stop in to have a late lunch/early dinner at the Blairs Ferry Ave restaurant. Our experience from start to finish was Outstanding. The counter person, Nathan was very personable, friendly, and engaging. The way he interacted with us was something we have nit experienced at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. He exemplified service, a can do attitude and a desire to nsje sure our order was right. We knew our food was going to taste great, it did. This young is a great representative of your restaurant.“
