“Literally the best Reuben I have ever had! Also, if you are thinking the large onion ring will be like a McD’s large fry, you are wrong! It comes in a plastic container big enough to hold a 4 course meal. IF I get food poisoning from this food I wouldn’t even be mad! ?“
“I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Mason City for college! Let me say that I’ve had Boba from all over the Midwest and I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of flavors at this establishment. The quality of the tapioca here is exceptional and is always warm and supple. The quality of the tea is always good as well. I’ll be sad when I have to go home for the semester because I come here at least once every couple of weeks. I’d also like to mention how friendly the staff are! The store is also very welcoming and cute a really nice place to hangout with friends or study. Thank you for being here in Mason City!“
“We came in as a large party on a Friday night close to closing time. The two girls working were incredibly helpful and pleasant even though the scene was chaotic. It's nice to see a thriving business in Mason City where so many seem to struggle.“
“As everyone points out, the serving sizes are HUGE! A small could easily be split between 2 adults. You will get a lot of ice cream for your money. I used to go here 20+ years ago when I was kid and don't remember getting so much ice cream! :DMy only complaint is since it has been so long since going here, I had no idea it was cash only and I feel they REALLY need a card machine. It would make everything so much smoother and easier. We were one of the people that had to go to the Ventura Mart looking for an ATM but it was out of order and Ventura Mart won't let you do cash back on purchases for the sole reason that people come from the Viking looking for cash and would wipe them out. Totally understandable. We were able to get cash but everyone may not be lucky when trying to do this.“
“South Shore Sweet Spot is an iconic ice cream oasis located close-by the south shore of Clear Lake. You can't miss the place because the building is actually in the shape of an icecream cone. The butterscotch malt was to-die-for, and the mango soft-serve icecream cone was totally dreamy. A great place to take a load off, and have a delightful dessert. Enjoy !!!“
