I had the Enchiladas Rancheras and my sweetie had the Durango special. I’m picky about guacamole and theirs was creamy and delicious. To top it off, service was great and 2 entrees, a margarita and a beer came to less than $40! If we get back to Iowa, we’ll be back to Las Palmas.“

“Hello Mason city, I'd like to point out that my past visit to Pancheros did not go so well. I went there with my mother at around 2:15-2:30 pm, and we were greated with the nicest workers, and all was going good until the manager came out. We had seen her previously overviewing a new employee. And he was a nice guy talkative and just had a good vibe. He made a mistake on an order prior to us, and she called him to the back to "talk to him" and believe or not her voice was heard by others cussing and giving her employee a hard time for a simple mistake. Later on my mother and I were waiting for the steak to get cooked, and the manager comes up and starts telling us what we want. And we told her no we're waiting for the steak politely, and she gave us both a dirty look. So I'm not saying the customer service was bad, but the management needs a good look at on who they put in charge.“
