“Our group of sports enthusiast have been spending a lot of time at 3rd Base lately, especially during March Madness. Tonight was great, Hailey stayed open for us so that we could stay and watch Iowa State Play. The outcome wan't the best but, once a fan, always a fan. Love the new remodel, the food is always hot and really good. They never miss a beat when it comes to taking care of us. Mary P, thank you for always helping to get us set up. Hailey, you were fantastic tonight THANK YOU! I would highly recommend this business.“

“I love this place! There's only a few places I go out to. I even had my first drink(legal drink) that Dan served back when I was in grad school house hunting. Crazy dan still serves and works here lol.but ultimately I recommend this place a thousand times over. Gracie and Dan have always been my favorite. insane customer service and bartender skills. Gracie runs this place like a pro/killer. And the food is always good. overall I'm always enthralled every time I'm there.“

“Great food and atmosphere but needs work on handling large crowds for events. Tonight my fiance and I had a wild experience lol. Arrived knowing we would wait, was quoted 30 min to 1 hour. Agreed and took a seat at the bar for drinks, table was available within the 30 min time frame which was great. Was seated and didn’t see a server for 35 minutes, we expected a wait and wasn’t too bothered at this point over it. Once the server came over to us he said he thought we were being taken care of already since I had a drink from the bar. We brushed it off and placed our drinks and food order at that time. My food came out within 5 minutes and we were pretty stunned with how quick that came considering how packed it was. Now, after 10 min of him not getting his order and we also didn’t have our drinks we looked around to find someone to ask. I called out to the server and the manager several times, but didn’t succeed in grabbing their attention and fiance didn’t want me to get up and find someone. 40 minutes after my food arrived the server came up to us and I asked about his food and our drinks. I said well just take our bill and a to go box for mine. He did bring out my fiancés order and removed it from the bill. We understand it’s not entirely the servers fault but overall we were pretty bummed since we do enjoy this spot for the atmosphere and the food has always been good. A few other tables also were saying they had similar experiences tonight and also just wanted their bills as well.“

“Ordered the Nachos as a snack, didnt expect it to be huge hahaha but they were delicious and my server Ginger was great. Real nice. Great smile and customer service. Had some laughs as well. Great service and experience over all definitely be back when I need a “ snack “ haha“

“Our waitress, Cicily, was perfectly attentive and sweet! My wings were exactly what I wanted. Even the celery was crisp and tasty. My husband ordered shrimp, which were huge and seasoned with a hint of spice. It was worth the 2 hour drive to dine there. We will return!“

“Food was great and the order was exactly right. At first, I thought it was incorrect since all the wings looked similar, so I called the store. I quickly realized I was mistaken after tasting them, but I really appreciated how willing they were to immediately put a manager on the phone to help resolve the situation. The restaurant was clean, and my order was ready on time for pickup. Great service overall!“
“Awesome bar in the blackstone district. Great environment, great drinks and great staff. Chris who runs the bar is great at what he does. Highly recommend this place for anyone that is not only looking to get a drink, but a place to stay for a couple of hours!“

“Came here to prove to my wife that she would like it instead of listening the internet hype! She enjoyed her O-M-Cheese burger, until it cooled down enough to grab with her hands and the cheese was like glue! Not a good food idea by corporate. They spinach artichoke dip and chips were good and my Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp was good as well, mashed potatoes need gravy!“
