“Portillo’s has a great atmosphere filled with classic signs and neon, very fun and nostalgic. My Big Beef was solid. Service, however, missed the mark; the girl at the counter was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Despite that, the food and vibe still make Portillo’s worth a visit.“

Delicious Food...I enjoyed a Patty Melt (with bacon & grilled onions) & Fresh Fries & a Vanilla Coke! All prepared fresh just for me! Quality & Freshness can't be beat! “Haven't been to an Arby's in years but stopped into this Brady street location for dinner and was thrown off on how great the service was! I'm not being funny here, it was a breath of fresh air to be welcomed as we walked in the door. Had no idea they have burgers now and it was pretty good! Most fast food places won't even ask what you would like to order and don't even want to interact with you. That's all customers want. To not feel like being a burden just because we walked through the door. Much appreciated!“

“After some back to school shopping, the whole family was craving a meal! We stopped by our favorite chikfila for a positive experience as always. My mother loves how friendly the staff always is, the food is always hot, fries are seasoned perfect, and the portions are great! We even got to meet Ethan and he told us how he traveled all the way across America to run this awesome store. Run, don’t walk, to this chikfila next time you’re at north park mall!“

“This store is MUCH more positive and welcoming and MUCH more friendly than any other Taco Bell store that I have visited in the Quad Cities. The cashier Brandan W greeted my friend and I with a smile and VERY helpful service. Also other employees acknowledged my friend and I with smiles and greetings when we were coming into the store to eat. Definitely a great atmosphere to eat in!!“
“If you've been to Taco John's, you know what it is. If you haven't, it's one of those magical places that is NOT high quality ethnic food, but it's still amazing. The 6 pack and a pound special is great to split with someone. 6 crunchy or soft tacos with a pound of tater tots. It's my go to“

“I don't think you're meant to eat there. At least I never do. I just order and go home with my food, which means the experience of service and atmosphere is limited. But I like the food, and there's never been any issues with the service.“

“I have to share an experience i had with this store.
I placed an online order and inadvertently selected pickup instead of delivery. Since there is no provision to cancel the order anywhere on the website, I called them.
Robin answered the call, l asked if there was a way to change the order to delivery but the answer was no. Robin, in a fit of providing EXCELLENT service, went all the way to their district ops manager and arranged for a credit.
Robin proceeded to help me get a new order and get it delivered. This was, again, excellent service. But it gets better.
When the order arrived, the driver left the food and was walking away when I noticed 1 drink had not been delivered. So what did the driver do? She apologized and went back to get the drink. Not only did she bring the drink, which was great, she brought 2 Church's too. Again an excellent recovery for Taco John's.
And finally, after and hour had passed, what did I get, a follow up call from Robin. She called to let me know the credit had been put in and to make sure the order was correct and if we enjoyed it.
12 out of 10 points to Robin, the driver and Taco John's on Kimberly Road in Davenport IA.
Great staff makes a great restaurant.

“It was pretty good actually basically we were searching online and found a bundle we wanted when we got there we learned that it was only an online bundle and we also learned how to tell what's an online bundle and what's an in store bundle and manager was super understanding and still manage to do it for me and even gave me a discount so it was close to the price that it said online“

“We order Pjs often so obvi we are fans but the delivery driver we had tonight was AMAZING. He held our 3 boxes while I brought them in one by one, so I could hold my fussy baby in the other arm. He was super nice about it too. Thank you so much!!!!“

“Love love love Culver's. I'm glad we don't have these back home in California because I would probably eat there daily. Haha. This place is amazing. I've never had anything bad here. The custard is incredible and the butter burgers are next level.“
