“I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. What I love more is the customer service that I have always received. However last week I went to the North Park location and had an issue with one of my entrees. I called and requested to speak to a manager and was connected with Xavier. After explaining to him my issue he then puts down the phone possibly thinking he muted it and makes a sarcastic remark to one of his co-workers. Now my coworker and I are in the office and I happen to have the audio call on speaker. He basically implied I was a liar and was being "smart". Nothing was pleasurable about the experience. He said he would replace the salad and went to take my name. I asked him to repeat it back it took him 6 times to get my name correctly. So not only does he lack management skills, but he sucks at customer service, de-escalation and is not a problem solver. It was such a poor experience that I called back later because no one even apologized. Forget another FREE salad. I understand things happen but lead with an apology. So I called back to speak to another manager and got "Kylie" explained to her what happened and she rectified the situation, I felt heard and hopefully this can be used for training purposes. It's never about the product/money ALWAYS about what's morally correct. Thanks Kylie you are an asset to the company. Train Xavier better.“

“I just moved to Davenport, and I go to Five Guys once every weekend. The restaurant is clean, the food is always fresh, and the service is outstanding. The atmosphere is very positive and energetic, and the employees not only seem to love their job, they also seem to enjoy each other’s company. They genuinely enjoy what they do and they all do it very well. I love every visit!“

“I deliver food and out of all the Arby's I've been to this has been one of the best, they had roughly 6-8 orders ahead of my delivery and the way they proficiently went through all the orders; while taking new drive thru orders, was breathe taking. Mark, Patrick and Nakita are a great crew. I last worked in Fast Food 2 decades ago and if I had work that job with anyone I would have enjoyed working with these 3. Sadly I didn't have time to purchase food while I was there but based on how well they work together I expect the food would have been perfect. I'm not sure if it's just the synergy between these individuals or if it's the culture out forth by the management but whatever it is, it made me want to commend them. Nakita even took the time to spell out her name as she could see how lost I was when I asked for their names. It didn't hinder their efforts and it took her about 15 seconds. She also didn't without being offended. Mark has a great attitude and great presence. I didn't talk to Patrick much but I could see he is very personable and very efficient in a great way. It was a great crew last night and they deserve some praise for sure. The building was clean and I'll be honest based on my experience they are a top tier crew!“
“If you've been to Taco John's, you know what it is. If you haven't, it's one of those magical places that is NOT high quality ethnic food, but it's still amazing. The 6 pack and a pound special is great to split with someone. 6 crunchy or soft tacos with a pound of tater tots. It's my go to“

“Had to wait over 20 minutes after we ordered in the drive thru for 2cones with flavor of the day When the girl finally brought it to the car we got 2 chocolate cones and 2 cups of crumbled PB cups and a spoon she said she wasn't allowed to put it on the ice-cream“

“Very good food. Never been there before, so wasn't sure what to expect. They had mentioned they had a kids menu, and they got a decent amount of food for under $5. Extremely happy with the food and service, will definitely be back“

“Tough time at this one. It was totally empty when I arrived. Three staff standing by drive through windows chatting and chatting and, did I mention chatting? I had to ask for help twice before got anyone’s attention.
Placed my order. Then waited 17 minutes for order to be ready. **reminder - I was the only customer inside and no one in drive through**.
Something told me to check my order prior to leaving. Glad I did as it was not correct. When I asked that it be corrected, the front counter employee literally grunted and said fine. Took the bag and walked around to prep area. Opened both sandwiches and took off the incorrect items and rewrapped them. Bagged them came around counted and dropped bag on counter and said, “see we do do it your way. Have a good day.”
I will not be returning to this burger king location again!“

“We order Pjs often so obvi we are fans but the delivery driver we had tonight was AMAZING. He held our 3 boxes while I brought them in one by one, so I could hold my fussy baby in the other arm. He was super nice about it too. Thank you so much!!!!“

“I decided to try Hawaiian Bros Island Grill for the first time today, and glad I did. I was met at the door by an upbeat employee who walked me through the selection of food and other items. I placed my order using their kiosk and waited for my take out. When I got home, I realized I was given the wrong order... so I called the restaurant and the manager picked up right away. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they were going to make it right.... and they ABSOLUTELY did. Not only did he give me compensation for my entire meal, he offered to deliver my order fresh off the grill personally. 30 minutes later he was outside of my house with my food and apologized again. He had proof of the compensation, as well as some extras in my bag for my troubles. I haven't had this level of customer service ANYWHERE in the past few years. Not only was the customer service outstanding, the food and portions are awesome as well. I can highly recommend the Davenport location of Hawaiian Bros Island Grill to everyone.“
