“I arrived at Whitey’s Ice Cream with rather modest expectations, and I am forced to admit that the offerings were… tolerable. The flavors were competent, if unremarkable, and the service, while not offensive, suggested an enthusiasm I found almost excessive.
The establishment’s charm is quaint, though one cannot help but notice its decidedly provincial nature. I shall not rush to return, yet I concede that those in want of ice cream might find it adequate.“

“I freaking love whitey's! We come almost every other day and i personally get a 1.5 qt and eat it all right there! Their ice-cream is the best in the widwest! Shout out whitey's! The workers are great and they are all happy to see us when we walk in! They ask what flavor today! Ella and Tyler deserve a raise! In fact all of the workers do! (sorry I forgot most of the names) but this is our go to location the people are great and the ice cream is great! All around a great place!“

“The ice cream is amazing. The place is a gem, but I can no longer go there anymore because I cannot get my favorite candy. They don’t want to sell me the cherry the orange or the blue raspberries out of the sour taffy bulk, they want me to BUY ALL THE YELLO W AND GREEN TAFFY before I can buy any other flavors? I can’t purchase any other colors until I buy all the yellow and green? Literally they will not bring out another bag until I purchase every yellow or green one there! I feel singled out! 🤣“

“Peachwave is our absolute favorite spot to hit on school early-out days! We love taking advantage of the discount they offer for students and families—it’s such a great way to reward the kids and get a mid-week treat without breaking the bank.
The shop is always clean, the topping selection is massive, and the staff is super friendly even when it gets busy with the after-school crowd. It’s become a tradition for us, and we look forward to it every time. 5 stars for being such a great, community-friendly local business!“

“My friend and I went to toppings and more out of curiosity, just to try it out. A young man named Evan helped us with our order, and he was very nice. He made our orders perfectly with no issue or mess. His skills were truly impressive. I definitely recommend tipping and coming here again. It was our first time there, and Evan made us feel right at home 😊😊“

“Took 3 of the grandkids to Whitey's in Eldridge today for a treat. The 2 ladies were so incredibly sweet and patient. Didn't feel rushed at all. Everything was delicious and perfect. They can't wait to go back again! And I look forward to taking them there!“
