“Everytime I come in the staff are always in a good mood! The new managerment have been updating the place so it is modernized, they use Square so the priceing is consistant and fair every time. The orders have been more accurate even because they have labels to put on the shakes and snowstorms. Even better, the ice cream is delicious! My kids always have a blast when they come here. You can really tell they are trying to make it a fun enviornment, they even have color pencils and papers out for the kids to color on.“

“We had an absolute blast at the Animal Petting Tour! So fun and informational, and the tasting afterward went above and beyond our expectations. This tour will become a staple activity for any out of town visitors. We already loved the Hansen products, and knowing more about the farm and their inner workings, we love them even more! “It said they were going to be open. We waited for opening time and 5 minutes after andno one was there. We figured it was because of Father's Day coming up but they should've let people know. The ice cream was great though and 5 stars but I had to bring it down because of that one time when they didnt alert anyone or even put a sign up about not being open for Father's Day weekend.“

“This DQ is old. I prefer the CF one off of highway 20. They will make your ice cream, that's all I can really say regarding that. There's never been a time I've had a complaint about that.

Hesitate to give 5 full stars because a lot of the time I come in the employees look like they want to kill themselves. They all look like high schoolers usually.

Either way, it's not enough to deter me from coming here. They have a big fridge of cakes you can look at and there is a cool little mirror where the tables are. Not sure why it's there, but it keeps me entertained while I wait the ~5 minutes for my ice cream.

Parking: Not many spots, but they're usually never occupied. No worries regarding that.

Kid-friendliness: You can send your kid to the little bendy mirror and have them be fascinated at it while they wait for their ice cream. Never let me down once.“

“I was gifted an apple pie for thanksgiving, and it was a HIT. By far the best apple pie my family and I have ever had. The crust was amazing!“

“I live in Tennessee and was having some cookies delivered to my son-in-law in Waterloo and put the wrong address down for the delivery. I called the store as soon as I discovered this and spoke with Jordan. The delivery person had just left with my order and she ran out to catch them and give them the correct address. Jordan was so awesome! She went above and beyond to help me correct my mistake. This is what 5-star customer service looks like!“

“The drive thru was a little confusing on driveway. It's one way in and no passing lane to go around if you make wrong turn in driveway. They did however make me 1 of the best blizzards I've gotten from any dairy queen I have visited. I will remember the driveway cause i will visit them again and see if the next blizzard comes close or better from the first. It's a little place but they got me bigger than any dairy queen around the area I travel.“
