“My family loves Try Pie. They are about the only place in the Cedar Valley where we can get a treat that is accommodating towards those with a gluten sensitivity. Their staff has always been accommodating whenever we’ve needed to order a gluten free pie. While all their pies are delicious, our go-to is the raspberry.“
“This has been my go-to place to buy milk and ice cream ever since they opened. The Hansen's brand is a little more expensive but is well worth it. I have NEVER had Hansen's milk go bad on me, even when I accidentally left it out of the fridge for several hours. They also have a great selection of cheeses, some of which are made on the farm. In addition, you can get other products such as meat, honey, lettuce, eggs, and seasonal produce that they purchase from local growers. (I love to buy apples there when they are in season.) The staff are always friendly and courteous as well. My only negative comment is that I miss the amazing coconut almond ice cream (branded as "Cocomond") that they had in the past. I hope they will consider bringing it back, even if it is just a special flavor available during the summer months.“

“My Server when I walked into the door was Amazing! he was helpful, Attentive, Respectful, Responsible! I entirely enjoyed my experience. My food was Amazing. The same server who took my money brought me my foiled and asked me if there was Anything else he could do or get me. It was a Pure pleasure to eat lunch here today! “I’ve visited other Crumbl cookie stores before and love the cookies, but when I tell you the workers at this location are the absolute sweetest, I mean it. The night shift crew at this location was so helpful and kind. They helped us fix an issue in our app w/ our rewards redemption. Seriously went above and beyond!!! Will be visiting again!“
“They actually do stuff here... like... there's real people behind the counters workin the registers an everythin. They use their hands to dip the ice cream in fudge and it doesn't come of the back of a lorry or from the internet... weird. 75 out of 86.“

Roomy Handicap parking if you have wheelchair, Ramp, Rollator or other large mobility equipment so that's a huge plus.“
“The location is easily accessible, staff is not unfriendly but they certainly seem to prefer not interacting with customers, cleanliness inside is hit-or-miss, but the menu selection is outstanding. Best place to get a crunch cone (or cup!) in Waterloo.“
