We chose this place on day 1 and haven’t even looked at other options in town because we all were very impressed! The portions are huge, the prices are right and the food is amazing! We have been there 3 days in a row now with Ally being our server and she is one of the best waitresses any of us have ever had! If you’re in Dyersville do yourself and favor and stop by the Dyersville Family Restaurant, you won’t be disappointed!!”

“This is the only restaurant that was serving food this time of day on a Sunday and I’m glad because the food was exceptional!!! There were eight of us. 3 of us got the chicken CascadeIA one got a mushroom Swiss burger two got the Philly steak one got a chef salad. One got a tenderloin with fries (the tenderloin was huge.)Friendly waitress and server and very helpful!! They were over and beyond accommodating! We will definitely be back!!”

“The Ritz restaurant.... I don't recommend the Ritz after last night burnt burgers with nothing being done about it..... I would give them a zero rating for last nights order. I Ordered 4 sandwiches for supper plus onion rings. Costing $46.00 it is our 37th anniversary didn't want to cook. But 2 of the burgers were burnt to a crisp as you can see in pictures we couldn't even eat them. Called down an owner Dan started yelling saying I ordered them well done. He asked me how I wanted them I said done an he said med rare or well done. So I said done not pink so he said well done. I said sure. I called the Ritz to tell him how burnt it was an he said I ordered it well done. I told him not burnt an my kids couldn't eat them. He started yelled an said any restaurant you say done it will come out burnt like this. Then he proceeded to tell me to not come back. I said really that is how you treat your customers. Wow I don't usually complain about food but this was horrible....I told him I was going to say something about tonight's food an his response was even worse. He said you really think you can ruin my business. Really who talks to a customer like this..... If you look at comments an reviews an ask people it happens way to often that they burn the food beyond eating.”

“Very nice place and really good food, the staff for the most part is very kind. That Ana person I would say is my favorite worker there ! The blizzards are amazing and if you were going there for the first time I'd recommend you get a chicken basket with fries, along with a blizzard! They have a good selection of blizzards to fit your taste, and many different sizes! The pretzels are also my favorite! The food does not take long at all, and I have not once had an issue with my order here, compared to most other fast food restaurants that are 50/50 on getting your order correct. If you need to stop somewhere for some good food this would be one of the top ones for sure!!
