We chose this place on day 1 and haven’t even looked at other options in town because we all were very impressed! The portions are huge, the prices are right and the food is amazing! We have been there 3 days in a row now with Ally being our server and she is one of the best waitresses any of us have ever had! If you’re in Dyersville do yourself and favor and stop by the Dyersville Family Restaurant, you won’t be disappointed!!”

“Went today with a large group, we all had the lunch buffet and it was AMAZING. The salad bar was fresh and a nice variety, the pizza was great BUT the star was the chicken!! The best I've had!! The place filled up fast but they continued to keep the buffet filled. It was so goooood! And you can't beat the price of $14 and your foyntain drink is included. dDefinately be back. “The views were beautiful and the wine and pizza were good, but they never came around to pick up any dishes or food so we had flies around us for 2 hours as we talked. We also thought it was kind of tacky that when the lady eventually came by and picked up the glasses (2 hours later) she then dumped them out over the side of the deck rather than taking them to the kitchen. Other than that, it was nice.”

“This is the only restaurant that was serving food this time of day on a Sunday and I’m glad because the food was exceptional!!! There were eight of us. 3 of us got the chicken CascadeIA one got a mushroom Swiss burger two got the Philly steak one got a chef salad. “The Ritz restaurant.... I don't recommend the Ritz after last night burnt burgers with nothing being done about it..... I would give them a zero rating for last nights order. I Ordered 4 sandwiches for supper plus onion rings. Costing $46.00 it is our 37th anniversary didn't want to cook. But 2 of the burgers were burnt to a crisp as you can see in pictures we couldn't even eat them. Called down an owner Dan started yelling saying I ordered them well done. He asked me how I wanted them I said done an he said med rare or well done. So I said done not pink so he said well done. I said sure. I called the Ritz to tell him how burnt it was an he said I ordered it well done. I told him not burnt an my kids couldn't eat them. He started yelled an said any restaurant you say done it will come out burnt like this. Then he proceeded to tell me to not come back. I said really that is how you treat your customers. Wow I don't usually complain about food but this was horrible....I told him I was going to say something about tonight's food an his response was even worse. He said you really think you can ruin my business. Really who talks to a customer like this..... If you look at comments an reviews an ask people it happens way to often that they burn the food beyond eating.”

“Had dinner with some friends here last night. The bartender made my martini perfectly! Our server was great as well, very accommodating. I had the prime rib and it was simply melt in your mouth delicious. The au jus was perfect as well, not overly salty. We will be back!”

“We went inside this dairy queen and ordered ice cream selections. The people behind the counter were friendly. It seemed to me that the drive-through service was a lot quicker than dining in. It took about 10 minutes to get our order. There were 5 of us and we all ordered ice cream. It was very tasty.”
