“Sandwiches were amazing, salads fresh and delicious, and I couldn’t resist a fresh bakery peanut butter bar. Food was flavorful and satisfying. No place to sit inside, but it’s lovely to sit by the lake just a block away, even when it’s cold and you sit in the car.”

“The variety of beer is great. My husband and I tasted 5 beers and each one was yummy. The atmosphere in the old house with a fire burning in the fireplace was so homey. The bartender was friendly too. The only criticism I have is that the only food offered was frozen pizza.”

“vegetarian options are pretty good. the ice tea is different, in a good way, pretty unique to what I'm used to. I really enjoyed the tofu and rice. the texture was delightful and springy. generally a big fan. would suggest my friends to try it too.”

“Our food is always good and we enjoy the different choices on the menu, although when prime rib was offered they were almost always out, except one time they just did not have it sliced. I finally did get a serving of it at long last. Have one complaint...the hostess is almost always in the back and people are waiting to pay, sometimes more than one, and there are several waiting to be seated! On our last visit a group of 6 left because they were tired of waiting!! She should be instructed to be out front almost all of the time! However, the wait staff is very friendly. In fact, we have made good friends with one particular waitress, Staci! We usually look forward to eating a Perkin's! One other thing, it is always too cold in there so we must be sure to take a jacket.”

“Although the pizza and service were good, I don’t think it’s worth how expensive it is here ($30 for a pizza) which is why I’m giving 4 rather than 5 stars. The pizza can definitely be shared between two people and we enjoyed it but it’s nothing out of this world.”

My bf & I both loved our individual choices, prices were great, and the main gal behind the counter running the show was a hoot! If we ever come back through, we will definitely stop again!”

“In town for a business meeting. Met here for dinner - first time here for dinner. What an excellent experience from the moment we walked in the door. First, the interior of the restaurant has an eclectic awesome vibe. Unique and inviting. Tyrell greeted us and seated our party and ultimately Tyrell was also our server. He did an OUTSTANDING job making recommendations from the menu and checked in on us as needed to refresh drinks, etc. The menu offerings are varied and enticing. Our food was excellent. The whole evening was enjoyable with big kudos going to Tyrell and his team. Thank you! We'll be back!”

“Had a great night singing Karaoke with friends and family. Awesome time with a great crowd. The food was amazing, as usual, service was the best and I love the wi- fi Karaoke and cordless microphones. The ability to sing a much wider variety of songs rocked. The atmosphere was encouraging and inclusive. I give it a 4.8 on a 5 point scale. Ask anyone, I'm not easy to please.”

“Recently came here for dinner. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was fresh, good and tasted great. Restroom which is used also with other "shopping mall" tenants, was very gross and dirty however. Recommended for sure as Subway is good food in general”

“I believe it’s under great new ownership/management, Marco, was wonderful! We had a large group with children and were immediately accommodated on the nice and shaded patio. Upscale dining for Clear Lake. The lemon drop martinis need a little work but the wine list was good. We enjoyed all of our items—the tuna tartare, truffle fries, beef carpaccio, soup de jour was a delicious tomato bisque, steak frites, excellent greek salad and the carbonara was a standout with the raw egg you mix in yourself! We will be back!”

“Stopped in for lunch, the cashier at the front was very helpful and respectful. I had asked her if I could have the double bacon cheeseburger but substitute the original bacon with the brown sugar bacon. She had gotten my order correct. The only issue I had was my order took quite a bit longer than I expected. My father had gotten to sandwiches and got his order within 8 mins of ordering, mine took 17 mins and he was done eating by the time I started mine. Other than that issue, the restaurant was clean and the staff were inviting.”

“We stopped at this Wendy's again as it was requested by our son. After the last experience being 6 years ago (see below) I hoped it had improved. To our pleasant surprise it has improved greatly. The building has been updated and is very spacious. The ordering had kiosk option or counter and the staff was friendly. A complete 180 from before. The food was tasty and warm. The fries at Wendy's are my preferred fast food option. Very glad we stopped here and gave it another shot. Thank you for the pleasant road trip meal.

Stood at the front counter for a few minutes and no one even acknowledged us. No eye contact or "we'll be with you soon". Even walking to the frosty machine they did nothing. Worst service my wife or I have gotten at a fast food restaurant. Culver's is just 200 feet to the east and that would be my suggestion for quick food in Clear Lake.”

It was good to see proper ice melt on the walks and wet signs placed to protect everyone from slipping.

All the tables were clean. Food was perfect.

Plenty of parking and handicap parking. Good parking.

Bathrooms were clean.

“I’m in here just about weekly and almost always have Cesar as a server. He’s very kind and always professional. The fact he knows my margarita order by heart is an added bonus! Nora is also great! Love coming here and have never had a bad experience.”

“I was on a bus for a wedding needed to run in for something personal. The two staff members were wonderful and helped me out. I had cut my toe on my shoe they got me napkins and Band-Aids, and they were absolutely wonderful !!!
