“I ordered my order online and i had the wrong location for the order. So of course i tried calling n several times, no answer. So now im out 50 dollars n didnt get food cuz it was 50 miles away. Called next day talked to one of managers, cant remember her name about a refund i didnt expect to get one since i messed up the location, BUT they had no problem refunding my money. “This carry-out location is very very good. I've bought a lot of pizzas from this Pizza Hut over the years - and they are always perfect. The manager(or whoever that guy is that's worked here forever) always is courteous and helpful - and I love the chicken, mushroom, green olive and add tomatoes - hand tossed...for some reason it goes great together !!! Keep bakin' up the delicious pizzas !“

“I ordered online on the McD app for drive-thru. I used a 25% off deal through the app for mobile. We decided to eat inside. Customer service was excellent! The young man figured out what needed to be done. it was obvious to me (I have extensive customer service experience) that he was a problem solver. I was quite impressed. He exceeded my expectations. I wish I'd gotten his name. This was on a Friday morning around 10:15 am. He had dark hair and black-framed glasses. (That may be his regular shift.) We had breakfast items and they were standard McD's items. My friend's grandson loved it.“
