The staff is always wonderful. If I go to order and happen to not know what exactly I want, they are patient and always help me as I talk through what I'm in the mood for (I understand how annoying and frustrating it is when someone goes to order and doesn't know what they want). They're always very nice and cheerful. They have never let me down on drinks or food!
Totally unprofessional work place. Valuing good employees is not present within the toxic environment at Fort Madison.
