“The ice cream was tasty, but the real star was Joanna, who was working when my family stopped in for ice cream on Friday. Jo was working the shift by herself - taking orders and payments, scooping and mixing treats, and delivering the orders. The line was out the door but she was efficient, accurate, and friendly. She kept the line moving, was calm and collected, and had a smile for everyone.”

“Where do I start... we were looking for a locally owned restaurant and landed on trying out Five Points in Dallas Center. Short drive from Grimes and located this gem in the heart of the town. We were warmly welcomed and quite at home. TJ assisted us and we could not.of been better taken care of. I had the Frankenstein dip which had smoked pork and yes, smoked cream cheese on what had to be a locally sourced bun. it was so amazing. Full of flavor. my husband had the rueben and he said it was one of the best he has ever had. We tried the Mac and cheese and the onion rings as our sides... both amazing. I failed to mention our hand shaken drinks... I had a mojito (they picked the mint from their plant right in front of us) and a lovely margarita. Take the short drive and visit them soon. We will be back!”

“This beautiful place caters to bicycle riders during the day. After a long ride I was able to sit back and drink a beer and eat a yummy cheeseburger and tots. The place was loaded with people in stretchy shorts and bike wear. Great food and service.”
