Very good food. Bests pies around !! Just as good as my Mom used to make.

Took my new wife there for her first time and we enjoyed it. It's a unique place. Could use some sprucing up (though I did notice a couple new doors up front),but the food was excellent and the service was good.

Was told from staff at our hotel that Merle makes the best pie, so we had to come for lunch. Huge slice of pie was only $2.00. I hope he finds someone to come help him out, it would be sad for this place to have to close.
