“The service was excellent. The food was fantastic. It was a 2 1⁄2 hour dining experience. I took my mother for her 81st birthday. We had a blast. I'm definitely going back again and would recommend this to all my friends.”
“Amazing flavorful cheeseburger consistently cooked well. It's a must try. The tacos are tasty as well. It's a must check out. Their deals are unmatched combined with the quality! Their 5 dollar burger special is WAY better than the 13 dollar burgers I've had around”
“Nite Hawkes is a classic eatery, its like stepping back in time. They have good diner food - breakfasts, specials, burgers, etc. And it's homemade!!!The waitstaff is always friendly and attentive. We go about once every three months.”
“I've been here plenty of times and have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a nice country drive, good food and good drinks, this is the place.”
“I have been going to Christy Creme since I was 5 yrs old. I'm 74 today. Of course way back when it was just ice cream. They're food is cooked fresh & hot when you get it. Absolutely beats any fast food restaurant hands down.”
“Freddy was wonderful and was able to accommodate a last minute request. The brownie cake was the most delicious ice cream cake I’ve ever had. Perfect cake and great experience!”
“What a fun and unique experience! I cannot say enough good things - the raccoons are fantastic (and kitties). The staff is amazing. Food is excellent. The whole vibe was comfy and beyond neat. Cannot wait to go back!”
“Amazing! We had been meaning to come here for a while. You get plenty of food for what you pay. It was busy but we got seated quickly and the service was wonderful. The servers were laughing together and were very attentive to their tables! Just a wonderful breakfast environment! Will definitely be back!”
“Food was amazing and fresh always love going there when I'm up that way visiting family will be sad to see it go to different owners, but hope they can keep it as awesome as it has been my entire life.Thank you for all the many years of great food!”
“This is my very first time eating their food. I ordered fried pork chops with greens and sweet potatoes for my sides. Everything was DELICIOUS AND HOT AND PERFECT. l will eat here again. I want to try everything on their menu. DELICIOUS!!!!!”
“This place, hands down, is the best food in omaha. We use to live right next door and sense have moved an hour out of town. However, when we do come in town we always make sure to get food here. They are absolutely the nicest people and make amazing cuisines. I get the garlic noodles and red sauce, so tasty and filling. Its great to stay and eat but its also good as a to go. We tend to have it for the next few days as leftovers. Always heats back up nicely. This place is Highly Recommend”
“Fairly versatile menu . Appetizers Soups salads sandwiches burgers pizza enchiladas. Our server was very accommodating, taking time to explain things and listening to our needs. The atmosphere was much nicer than I expected as far as decor, but I didn't feel out of place. I love the little lamps and small fresh flowers on the table. Dad had the walleye special with Cole slaw and sautéed red potatoes. He ate it all and loved it. I had the chicken spinach and artichoke pizza. Cut party style and very thin crust but tasty. Our guests had the pork tenderloin with friends and the steak enchilada. She did not care for the fries but the tenderloin was good. The enchilada was favorable but larger than expected. All in all we will be back and am anxious to try other items on the menu. Oh and the margaritas were fantastic! Table of four was $200 with tip but we had 5 margaritas at $11 each a $30 pizza and spinach artichoke appetizer”
“Well if this isn't a small town bar right off 680 North in Ft. Calhoun. Our family lives near by and we took over the patio for my MIL birthday. It's a dark but inviting bar when you walk in, a long narrow row of tables on one side and your stndard bar on the other. A larger space holds games, and more seating. The claw machine has a particularly strong grip, and I was able to win TWO animals for my kiddos. We had a great service for a party of 15 on the patio. We started with ice cold mini pitchers of beer, and then on to the food. The burger was great, and I loved the chicken thinly sliced on top of our salads. We finished the night with lemon drop shots, and dancing on the spacious patio. George, whoever he maybe, the owner, a regular, a stranger off the street, brought over a cupcake for my MIL and kids cups filled with candy for my two kids. It was a fantastic evening and I know we'll come back.”
“This bar is the friendliest bar I've been to in Benson! From the owners to the bartenders and regulars, they all were so nice and treated me like they have known me for years! I highly recommend this bar for all!! Check out the pics below!”
“I love Zesto's snicker super shake. They dont skimp on the candy bits the shakes are thick and smooth. I also love their swiss and mushroom burgers oh and their fried pickle fries are so yummy!”
“About a one mile walk from the City Park campground. This shop is lovely. Tables, couches, and high tops provide seating to suit everyone. They have a well-stocked library here, too. Huge variety of drinks are available, along with some pastries and burritos. My plain latte was delicious. Highly recommend.”
“Favorite Hangout... back in the 70's! Went to HS in Missouri Valley and had a horribly made fake ID, which was used regularly at Papa Joes. The owner, Dean Dewaele, founded it in the early 70's? Just looked him up and unfortunately he passed away in 2012. Back then, Papa Joe's had live bands when Led Zeppelin, The Who, BTO, Black Sabbath, Chicago, Yes, and many more ruled. Smoke filled stage, lots of long hair, and Levis jean jackets. It was quite the happening place 50 years ago, and I'm happy it's still going strong today.”
“Went here for the first time and my family was very impressed! The atmosphere was very laid back and cool and the music not too loud for dinner time. The food was served quickly, and so good with very generous portions! The waitress was incredibly busy, but you wouldn't know it because she was on top of every refill, and expected our every want/need. We will be back soon and often!”
“Full five stars! Wow!!! so blown away by this place, the employees and the food. Everything was amazing literally perfect. We'll be back can't wait to try more we had chicken croquette that was top shelf, mashed potatoes, gravy, beans, rice and cornbread just beautiful. They made the restaurant very cozy and homey its very nice inside! Parking on the side off of Ames easy to find and worth every penny!”
“Great restaurant, the Sunday Brunch selection is so good. I know several people you say the breakfast burrito can't be beat. For dinner I really like their chicken marsala and for lunch I've heard they have a chicken avocado sandwich that's amazing. So many things left to try on the menu!”
“Campo has been a staple in our household since we moved to Mo Valley. Tonight, I wanted to give them a huge shout out for filling my custom order of no oil on my fajitas. It is so nice to know that they will do this for their patrons, and it was so delicious! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!”
“Bartenders get a little to drunk I have liver problems so I don't drink alcohol 1 of them got drunk and gave me alcohol I could get kicked off the transplant list over that and they don't sale food”
“Easily the best food I ever had in 20 years or traveling. I visited your wife's birthday. I'll be back every time I'm in Nebraska. If your in Omaha check this place out.”
“I ordered through doordash and although my order took an hour longer than originally quoted, my food was still hot when I got it. 3 different doordash drivers showed up to pick up my order and left because the food wasn't ready.I tried the sesame chicken, egg roll and pot stickers. Plus a small side order of lo mein noodles. Everything was good, really enjoyed the pot stickers!”
“Family fun nothing but love here all i can say that's what you feel here good food grate friends and the best brothers and sisters ever like i said family and thats what you get here love”
“I haven’t tried their food yet, but I definitely will at some point. I went during a Sunday night and got to meet tons of good people and listened to live music the whole night. 15/10! Loved the whole performance! Loved the dancing! Loved the overall vibe! Definitely going again!Parking: There’s a parking lot right next to the place and one right across the street from it”
“We just moved to Missouri Valley and didn't want to cook. The food was sooo good way better than the other pizza ranches we have been to. We are now going to have our daughters bday party there. Excited to go back!”
“Amazing choice of delicious Mexican pastries! Very professional and the employees are very generous! Highly recommend this place if you're passing through Missouri Valley!”
“I felt like I was back home in Atlanta at one of our chicken spots. The line was long for carry out and drive through. Chicken was delicious. The best I have had from a restaurant in years. And please people, try the apple turnover. It is buttery, flaky, and just the perfect amount of filling. I'd go back just for the turnover alone. The employees were smiling and friendly. Just a nice hometown feel. I left off a star because the seating was taped off with caution tape, so we just ate in our car. Nevertheless, please don't hesitate to visit this restaurant. You will make it a new fixture in your life.”
“Used to live in rural Honey Creek in the early 1970's. It had been around for a while back then too. Looks exactly the same as it did 50+ years ago. After detasseling corn, hoeing beans, or stacking hay, we'd ride our bikes there, hang out, listen to the same awful jukebox music, and buy a coke (this was even before we had fake ID's, otherwise it would have been beers). My brother and I would go there with a kid who lived down the road on the Old Lincoln HWY. He was shot and killed years later in a motorcycle gang fight in Phoenix. To say things have changed for the better in my life would be a serious understatement. I've seen the world many times over and to think it all started with the Areoplane Inn, wow! Dream big kids...”
