Cute coffee shop in the heart of Iowa city. I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy. My white mocha was delicious, the menu seems like there is something for everybody. It is family friendly and looks like it’s a pretty popular spot for the college kids. Will definitely be back!
100% of the times we came here on our 11th anniversary, we came back to also celebrate our 12th! Can't guarantee that you'll also have a wonderful year of growth with your partner, but it worked for us! Also, fun vibe, good coffee, and avocado melt ??

The Java House is so cute! The inside is extremely cozy, feels like I'm in someone's home. I ordered their iced green tea lemonade and it was delicious. Not too sweet, not too bland, it was just right. The baristas were also very quick about getting our drinks made, which was nice. I didn't stay to drink since we were out and about, but it seems like a great place to study or work. Lots of tables and seating options!
