“May be short on help but long on hospitality from our waitress and server Olivia. Engaging and accommodating. We ordered beef enchiladas and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Kudos to the chef, plated to perfection. So many tables Olivia singlely waited on herself yet, handled the rush with ease and grace. The owner, Stacy is always there making food and serving drinks. She is attentive, delightful, and loves to have a laugh, giving credence to her establishment's name. It's wonderful having a place I can go where as soon as I walk in they know exactly what I want to drink. Stacy picks quality ingredients (which like any restaurant is subject to the suppliers giving her what she asks for), is exceedingly consistent, never messes up my order, and serves huge portions at a minimal cost. I honestly feel she is undercharging, but she is proud of the fact that she hasn't changed the prices for many years, so I find that admirable. I highly recommend this place. Two thumbs up.”

“I ordered 3 different items off the menu at this Chinese restaurant. It was ready in 15 mins that's fast service. I live 30 mins away and when i opened my Togo plates it was all still so hot, fresh and extremely tasty! I have tried Davenport Chinese and Clinton Chinese.... this one is my new favorite”

“I love this place!! Our Taco John's in Clinton closed and is now a coffee place. Many folks were REALLY upset, including ME! I take the back roads to Maquoketa, stock up on my faves at TJ's, put everything in an insulated bag, and enjoy hot food when I get home. Nancy and her crew are fantastic and friendly! The food is fresh, hot and deeeelicious!! LOVE the deluxe Potato Oles and Taco Bravos ❤️!!! I'm sad to see that the place is up for sale; if I could afford to buy it, I certainly WOULD!”

“Literally the first time someone has made my sub without being stingy with the fillings! The kid that made my sandwich was very nice and I wish I had got his name to praise him more for his excellent sandwich making skills. The bread was cut perfectly and no matter how much more I asked for he did it without hesitation! Even when my boyfriend said " I don’t think you’re gonna get more than that to fit the sandwich.” He remarked oh we will.LOL like hell yeah! That’s what I like to hear. And we weren’t overly charged like other places that we’ve been to having to constantly ask. Um just a little more. Till we give up trying and still be over charged. Environment wise I didn’t stay to eat but it was clean and the music playing set the vibe in place of a good place to sit and eat if you really wanted to.
