“After reading that they had Iowa’s best tenderloin in 2023, we decided to check them out. We were not disappointed. The tenderloin was just as ordered. I had pickles and onions, while my husband got the lettuce and tomatoes on his. It was meaty and perfectly breaded.\nWe also had a side salad, that included carrot & celery stick, radish, grape tomato, hard boiled egg, and croutons besides the lettuce and dressing.\nThe service was friendly and we even met the owner for the past 50 years. What a treat!“

“The problem with this place is that there's no sign out front anywhere saying that it's a restaurant. You can drive rite past it and not even know it's a restaurant. You can even park in the parking lot and still don't know it's a restaurant. They need to put up a RESTAURANT HERE sign.“
