I'm disappointed in myself that it's taken me so long to try jersey Mike's out. SO SO good.
when you 1st opened up staff was friendly, and good service. My last three trips have sucked. Hard buns, lousy service. I checked in for pickup and waited while the cashier leaned on the counter, the manager owner was sweeping the floor, after waiting about 10-15 minutes I went inside, only to get a nasty snide comment of we I didn't hear it. we threw over half the sandwich away because it was made wrong and wasn't any good.
