My household love Freddy's and they make the best shoestring fries!! It is one of the only places, fast food places, that my son will eat. They always have great service, friendly smiles, and the young kids that work there are very patient and kind!! A+
Great staff and very kind!
Food was good and correct! Staff friendly and helpful.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers offers a mixed experience based on recent reviews. While many customers enjoy the food, including the excellent cheese curds, some have faced long wait times. Service can vary; some staff members, like Aubriee and Jackson, are praised for their kindness and efficiency, making the visit enjoyable. However, there are concerns about management practices at the new location in Marion, Iowa, where a manager was reported to be unprofessional towards employees. Despite these issues, the food and ice cream are generally well-received, and many would return for a quick meal.
