They really, really get it right. It's not an accident, either. The owner (presumably) was going from table to table talking to the customers. “Found this little gem while passing through Cedar Rapids. Located inside NewBo City Market the competition is stiff with several other small business food vendors. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this spot again. I couldn't decide on which rice bowl to get so I got two small ones. The No Coast and the Chana Masala. The owner insisted the No Coast was a fan favorite but after having both I think people are missing out on the Chana Masala. Both were equally delicious but the complex flavors of the Chana put it on top for me. Get both chutneys and don't be afraid of the jalapeño spice. I also tried the Spring rolls loaded with carrots, purple cabbage and micro greens with a yummy peanut dipping peanut sauce that really makes the roll. The owner is super friendly and there's something about seeing micro greens growing in the space that makes you feel good.“

“This is easily the best coffee/cafe here in Iowa. The food is always fresh and amazing. The lattes are consistently great. No burned shots. They make their vanilla and caramel for the lattes IN HOUSE. Don't pass up the vanilla latte! It's run by the sweetest family who are always positive as are their baristas. They'll take the time to explain anything about the menu, you never feel rushed. Please visit this shop and see for yourself. I'm picky and they have always accommodated. “We hosted a private event at Stillwater last weekend and it went so well! They were open during our event (we chose to do a partial rental) and they had our whole area roped off for just us and them being open to the public during the same time did not hinder anything. The staff was wonderful and very attentive to our needs and the drinks we purchased (coffee, wine, beer, and smoothies) were all excellent! The space was so cozy and cute, so I would highly recommend having an event there! We got compliments from all of our guests how nice it was. Will definitely be back! “My son and I had lunch together in your Cedar Rapids location. I live out of State. The atmosphere was comfortable and homey, bright and cheery as were all the employees. The young man who helped us was especially helpful, and patient even though I couldn't make up my mind after seeing the huge, tempting selections. Lunch was amazing, but couldn't leave without a couple of bear claws, a cinnamon roll, and scones. I have never been disappointed with any of your food. A big shout out to Christian at store #203209 for making us feel at home with his exemplary service. If you haven't visited Panera, you are truly missing out. Try the bread bowls. I prefer 1/2 sandwich with cream of wild rice soup in bread bowl, my son loves the broccoli soup bread bowl and 1/2 sandwich. “I am SO FULL! I've never been to The Taco Depot & and I am so glad I went! My daughter and I got to seat ourselves and Brian came right over to give us menus and drinks. We got chips and queso to start off with. Then I ordered the burrito depot steak and it was so delicious. I can only eat half of it. My daughter got a steak quesadilla with no tomatoes. Our order was not only right it was hot and fresh. The interior design was so relaxing and calm that I could just sit there for hours on end, and not want to go anywhere else. It wasn't hot in there. It wasn't cold in there. The restaurant is so clean and immaculate on the inside I did not see that coming.I am so glad there's not a Hardee's there anymore and The Taco Depot took over.
