“We drove over from Omaha for Saturday Prime Rib night and boy, was it worth the 35 min trip!! Fabulous beef, perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Sides, service, atmosphere were all great. The food blows any steak place. in Omaha out of the water“

“Favorite Hangout... back in the 70's! Went to HS in Missouri Valley and had a horribly made fake ID, which was used regularly at Papa Joes. The owner, Dean Dewaele, founded it in the early 70's? Just looked him up and unfortunately he passed away in 2012. Back then, Papa Joe's had live bands when Led Zeppelin, The Who, BTO, Black Sabbath, Chicago, Yes, and many more ruled. Smoke filled stage, lots of long hair, and Levis jean jackets. It was quite the happening place 50 years ago, and I'm happy it's still going strong today.“
