“had great service. food was excellent. we had the meatloaf sandwich which was spicy. the chicken noodle soup was very flavorful with lots of chicken.i had the grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce and bacon. with a over sized piece of chicken and the potato salad was warm and was like German potato salad. we will definitely be back. great addition to Norwalk. took pictures, but don't see a place to add them.”

“Dont sleep on Scooters! Quality and selection are way better than the StarBz! Everyone is always so helpful with ordering and super friendly. Prices also beat out SB. Oreo Blender medium $6.15 & its so good you will dream about it! They always give our girls pup cups too and thats huge for our spoiled rotten puppies. The coffee is delish, the service is great. We choose Scooters over every other option in Norwalk, every time.”

“Great pizza Combo, Grinder,& Pepperoni pizza were fabulous. French fries were good. We picked up and took home. 6 customers 3 had never tried and really liked it. Great cs via phone thanks Mike. Everything was ready in 30 min for pick up and was hot when we sat down to eat. Will definately repear our business. When you find great pizza!!!!”

“I reached out to management about helping coordinate a special dinner for my family and they were more than accommodating. The manager, hostess and waiter were absolutely fantastic that night (and leading up to it) and I couldn’t be more grateful. All while they had a party of 27 the same night. The food was also delicious and I’ve been craving it ever since. Wonderful addition to Norwalk and will be a frequent spot for us!”

So flavorful, so cheesy, so absolutely delicious! They’ve got an amazing variety of tasty items on the menu too 🤤something for everyone. “I’ve lived in Norwalk for over 10 years, and I was genuinely excited when Starbucks opened in town. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here—friendly staff, clean store, and our orders are always spot on.

Recently, I placed a mobile order that was delayed, and I was in a bit of a rush to get to a doctor’s appointment. I let the manager know as I was leaving, and the team jumped into action. Shout out to Marcus (I believe that was his name)—he made sure my order was prioritized and got me out the door quickly. On top of that, they even offered a gift card to make up for the inconvenience, which was totally unexpected and appreciated.

Mistakes happen—it’s how a team responds that matters, and they handled it perfectly. I’ll continue to be a regular here. Nothing but 5 stars from me!”

“I go through the drive thru every morning for my 2$ breakfast sandwich. I am always greeted friendly and quickly. They do make little mistake here and there, but if you let them know next time when you go through, they always wanna make it right.
