“This past weekend I was in charge of getting 11 coffees to go for my friends bridal party. I was a bit hesitant to come to the drive through microphone but was greeted and was asked to send a text to an employees phone number. I pulled out of line and received a text within 10 min that the entire order was ready. Each cup had the individual girl’s name and made it so convenient to start my friends big day. “I’m a frequent customer and have stayed away ever since Jackie I think her name was in management. My drinks have always been tasty but the customer service is usually horrible. The baristas always look like they hate their job and it makes for an awkward encounter. I stopped in today and met their new manager I believe her name was Harmony and she made my experience there very welcoming and for that I want to come back. The other baristas were all joking around and the environment felt lighter than it had been in a while. I ordered the pumpkin cold brew, I highly recommend.“

“Service was nice. Not super busy Sunday morning. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Hash browns seemed a little flavorless. Mini cakes were good. Decent little place to eat. There is a large selection of sweet options we didn't try out.
