“First time here and won't be my last. Highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.The loose meat sandwich was very good as well as the service. My understanding the canteen lunch in the alley has been here since 1927. It is a old school experience and a great place to have lunch.”

“I had the calzone and it was very good. Lots of melted cheese in the calzone and the sausage and mushroom was just as equally. The onion rings were traditional onion rings and not the stringy ones and they were delicious! Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable she was attentive by what we needed . I would ho back again if I was in the area.”

My 82 year old Mother and I ate here on June 18th and when we went to leave it was a downpour of rain and we were waiting in the entryway when a gal went to get us an umbrella and then came an employee named Rodney with the umbrella to walk us to the car and help my mother in the vehicle. Shout out to Rodney for the fantastic customer service which is so hard to find these days.”

“Great coffee! I ordered a quad shot latte without flavor, so the coffee flavor itself is important to me. It was delicious! We ordered avocado toast with Pico de gallo (south of the border, avocado toast), and we loved it! I think I'd ask for it to be toasted a little more, but that's just a personal preference. Already thinking about our next visit. It's a nice vibe and great for hanging out and great service where visiting is encouraged without feeling rushed. Thank you!

“I go there on Fridays with my parents when I visit. They are regulars. I had chicken strips one time, pizza the next. Both were delicious, pizza was cut in an unusual manner. They treat my parents & their friends wonderfully. Will return.”

“I had supper at Courtyard Bar & Grill tonight while watching part of the World Series game. I talked with both Danny and Bren at the bar, both of whom were glad I'd come in. The food was pretty good (fish & chips), bu the service and personal friendliness made me feel very welcome (I'm from out of town & state). But what was extraordinary about the meal is that someone angel there paid my bill. It didn't cost me a dime! I am both touched and grateful to whoever was so generous and kind. Thank you! Kid-friendliness: We have a family of 9 and a lot of our kids are kind of wild. We’ve never had a complaint! They are so accommodating and the dine-in area is so big so you can sit away from people if you feel the need 😜”

“Went there after touring Job Corp and this Happy Joe's was as impressive as every other Happy Joe's I have visited. The staff treated each guest like they were the missing family member and I haven't felt that respected and at home in a long time.”

“My family and I have been eating at this establishment for years and will continue to do so! We have never had any complaints. They swap out dishes depending on the day of the week but there are always the expected foods such as Rangoon, rice, egg rolls etc. The atmosphere is excellent as well as the service and prices.”

Kid-friendliness: The playground says it is for children up to 11 but I assure you an 11 year old would more than likely be bored? my 5 year old gets bored there”
