“The food was good. The manager was rude to the staff, reprimanded in front of customers. She told the young man taking orders to stop taking orders and fill bags because that was his job not just standing around taking orders, even though there were 3 of us in line. Then she walked by us and said he will be with you in a minute. I have had years of experience as a manager and would never treat staff that way, when they were trying to do everything she said.“

“After having an absolutely horrible experience with the restaurant the store manager Jeremy came through and showed me what customer service was all about put Faith back in my heart to give them another chance. He showed up offered to fix the problem and went above and beyond absolutely an amazing manager as long as he is working I totally recommend it“

“The sandwich artist really didn't listen I had to repeat myself 4/5 times and then she forgot to start part of my order. Granted was lunch rush. But should take a moment for the one in front of you. She also finished the order behind me before I even got to the veggies like I was just skipped
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies don't know if the bread is vegetarian friendly tho“

“So, we all know that the price of fast food has gotten ridiculous. That said, eating at McDonald's is kind of a guilty pleasure for me lol! I'll pay the prices, complain that the food isn't as good as it was when I was a kid, but still go back! I'm just wondering how much longer actual people will be employed there...full automation is close on the horizon ?“
