It wasn’t too busy when we arrived, but that quickly changed until there were cars lined up on the street coming from both directions, waiting to get into the small parking lot. I don’t know how long it’s been around, but it feels like an institution. I would guess that it is family owned and operated, because that’s the way it felt. These folks sell happiness by the cone. Generous portions, very tasty. Can’t wait to visit again when I’m in the area.”

“I told my 11 year old son to pick a place to eat for our guys day out. He was in the mood for wings and found this place online. We were not disappointed! Both of us loved our wings and onion rings. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our server, Chelsea, did a great job. We will definitely be back next time we are in CR.”

“Oh my Goodness!! We had Shawnniecakes for dinner this evening and it did not disappoint! The pork chops were flavorful and yummy, the mac and cheese was to die for, the cabbage was amazing, and the portions were generous!!! Only had to spend about the same as what we would drop at a fast food restaurant. (Like I have spent more at Hardee's). Could not ask for a better dinner and the price was amazing, the food was beyond amazing!! Thank you so much!!! Definitely a 5 out of five!”

“New to CR … this was our second sushi stop and it was by far the best! Of course we did the All You Can Eat Sushi option and it was soooooo good. Everything came out fast. Portions were large and this place had a much bigger selection than the other recommended sushi place. Sushi 🍣 was fresh… We left super full and happy 🫰”
