There's a restaurant 'side' and a bar 'side.' Family friendly. Bullshooters, pull tabs, and Golden Tee game on the bar side. Great TV's. Could be a fun place to watch a game. “I brought my husband to Sioux City to the hard Rock casino as a thank you and a Valentine's Day date.When I was looking at the website I noticed that they had a gastro pub restaurant and they were offering a Valentine's Day menu which had New York strip steak on it, which is my husband's favorite. The restaurant is called Main and Abbey.We arrived for our reservation that was for 8:00 p.m. at 7:50 and we were seated immediately. It was brought to our attention by our waitress that our table had not been cleaned. So she immediately went and grabbed a rag and a dry rag and came back and cleaned our table off for us.Are waitresses name was Cali C. We ordered the New York strip steak medium well with Parmesan, garlic fries and a side of their Brussels sprouts. The steak came out cooked to perfection. It was very juicy. Very tender. Not a lot of fat. The french fries were perfectly seasoned with a garlic and the parmesan and the Brussels sprouts had the perfect amount of walnuts and pomegranate drizzle on them and they were perfectly crispy.Cali C. “Went to Wheelhouse to see an NFL playoff game on their big screen televisions. My son absolutely loved his bacon cheeseburger and said fries were good but nothing unique. I had a great club sandwich with a bowl of chili (a slight upgrade over standard fries) and thoroughly enjoyed my alternate combo. Service was fantastic despite being very busy that night. Wheelhouse is located in a popular strip mall so found a parking space and did some walking to the bar.“

“The waiter was "Johnnie-on-the-spot". We waited on nothing. 3 of us had the 3 meat combo. The rib tips were tough compared to the other meats we had, but not too tough to complain about. The corn bread was almost the best we have ever had.They have bread pudding. I try bread pudding every time I see it on the menu. To compare it to my own. I have to admit that this is the first time I have ever had bread pudding that comes close to mine. It is better than some of my attempts but not all.If you are ever in Sioux City Iowa, I highly recommend you pay them a visit.“

“4.0 While a nice crispy waffle, are definitely at best cornmeal waffles. Barely a taste of cornmeal, definitely not cornbread waffles. The bell peppers are red and the skins are all that's there, surmising the flesh disintegrated because so they used frozen chopped. No jalapeno at all that I could taste or see. The andouille was diced way too small, the same amount but a larger dice would have added to the flavor combo. The chicken was prepared perfectly. The gravy was nice and light and didn't compete with the syrup. Syrup didn't come across with a bourbon caramel taste but it was a nice compliment to all the other seasonings. I'll come again and try something new. I had a lovely New Zealand Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc.“

Basically, I was seated in a hole. The lighting was too bright over the table with food splatters all over the light fixture. They were slow as this was an afternoon with multiple empty tables with dirty food and plates on them. Used to be a great place. Not w/c accessible or handicap accessible as the restrooms are down flights of stairs. “The burgers are seriously to die for! It's like the adult version of McDonald's, but sooo much better. I love that patty is greasy but not gag greasy. The waitstaff was friendly and didn't mind the children, which is rare in a Restaurant. The restaurant itself was a typical diner in the Midwest, but the food was good and from what I saw in the kitchens, the chef's wore gloves. My mother and I had salads and the children ate off the children's menu. Everyone had enough to eat and had an awesome experience.“
“We try to go for brunch at Minervas after Church on Sundays as often as we can do so with our schedule. Brunch is excellent, except that I must say that the biscuits are on the HARD SIDE--definitely not soft/fluffy style Southern biscuits; and, the gravy, on occasion, is hard, that is, the gravy needs more moisture in it's composition in order to put it over one's biscuit if one desires to do so. Attentive staff, nice atmosphere, and, good selection of breakfast items that we enjoy having for brunch. “So I took a recommendation from a professor at Morningside University to go check out kahills chophouse located inside of the Marriott here. There is ample parking in the parking lot, and of course, being that it's located inside of a Marriott you can come to expect the very posh ambience that comes with the Marriott hotel signature look. I came specifically for their wonderful, happy hour offering I ordered mules and their amazing homemade pub chips which were doused in beef and cheeses! I was planning to order several dishes, but never got past the first one because of how large it was it filled me up instantly! So I was shocked at how much food you got for the price. The drinks were delicious and Marco my bartender was fantastic! I will be back and I am so glad I listened to my friends recommendation. Highly recommend this place for the outstanding food options on their menu, the beautiful decor and environment, and the friendly and efficient staff!“

We have been going for years and rarely go anywhere else. The lunches and dinners are reasonably priced. Taco Tuesday and Friday's cod fish dinner or prime rib is excellent. For lunch, we order their great sandwiches. We order the onion rings all the time. We bring all family members who live out of town to Bob Roe's. We have gone so many times the servers remember us and know what we usually eat. Jeramy is the Best Cook and he has stated many times, that it's because of his staff. “Had always wanted to try Mateo Kitchen since it is the only Filipino restaurant around and was finally able to make it out there. We started with the tteokbkki and we couldn’t finish with how many there were! It was something new to try and I’m so glad I did, I will definitely be getting it again. I got the pancit malabon and it was juuuuust right. The noodles were thinner than what I thought, but with how many toppings there were I’m glad they were thin otherwise it would’ve been too much. Friend got the beef stew…that didn’t look like traditional stew?¿?¿ but she said it was phenomenal nonetheless. She also had the milk free honeydew boba tea that I’m jealous I didn’t get. I just love those lil boba pearls! I love that Siouxland has this restaurant to showcase the diversity we have. Can’t recommend it enough!“
