“I love Monterrey. Very affordable. I love how they have two locations on two sides of Sioux City, it’s very easy to access. I get the Beef Classic fajitas. Never can go wrong with their cheese dip! Tastes perfect with their chips and I even put some over my fajitas too! Very fast as well!“

“I don't leave reviews... but here we are. I'm From San Francisco, grew up in the mission and love food. I'd stack up these tacos to anything I've had back home, San Diego or Mexico. Great meats, their pastor is my favorite. Whenever I visit my in laws this is my new spot. I've been coming to Sioux City for 15 years now and this is by dar the best Mexican I've had here.“

Vegetarian options: They have some awesome spinach enchiladas ? and bean cheese burrito, tacos, tostadas, nachos, taco salad etc are filling and you do get your moneys worth for your meal but by far the SPINACH ENCHILADAS are the BEST enchiladas i tried all around.

Parking: Plenty of parking space across the street in grass area which is a safer bet in avoiding getting side swiped or dinged up by people who access there drive up window or who may be tipsy when leaving the bar

Kid-friendliness: They may not have a playground but they do allow kids in there bar area and usually big party groups with children end up running around the concert hall are without being told anything by the staff workers

Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access and parking but entry doors aren't automatic so will need someone to hold the doors open for the person in a wheelchair“

“Loving the new location on Lewis Blvd. Very friendly & helpful employees (I like to order in Spanish then double check that I'm saying everything correctly and they are very helpful) customer service is great. food is rather fast and everything I've had so far is delicious. plus they have barria and alambre which you can't get at many restaurants in town. some items are a Little pricier than at say monja Blanca or lajuas however for me it's 30 seconds away so it's worth it to me lol the owners and all the workers are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend checking out out ☺️“

Also their employees are very friendly, and talkative, but they do need to lay off the salt a little bit on the ole’s. So I would definitely recommend this place to eat.“

This has been an age-old burrito issue, Taco John's should have it figured out by now.Also, their app and rewards system is terrible, but I know that's not an individual location issue. I get the same reward if I spend $5 or $50, which is a single "punch".Overall, I don't typically have an issue with any of the food here and I've been a customer my entire life that I can remember.“
