“We love the slice of white cake (wedding cake) and stop at Kathy's pies just for that. We did buy day old kolaches and had to throw that were moldy on the bottom. But in 10 years of buying cakes and pies from Kathy's that is the only issue we have had.“
“El Super Burrito & Lupita's is really a great stop! The burrito was definitely one of the better in CR. The ingredients were simple, but each was really great on its own. With their powers combined, it is Captain…err Super Burrito! Shown below is the carne asada “Super Burrito.” The sauces were the perfect blend of spice and straight tastiness. Now my favorite part, the tamales. I’ve ordered them so many places and finally I’ve found my favorite! The pork was spicy and perfect for mah buds. BTW, it was incredibly fast and priced very well. They also have a bakery that looked amazing. Probably need to pick up some donuts in the AM.“
“Got 1 dozen chocolate and birthday cake and 1 dozen of gluten free red velvet and got compliments on all! Wouldn’t even be able to tell that the gluten free were gluten free. Will definitely be coming back for more in the future! Also, great customer service to top it all off!!“
“Tried app sampler and chicken tenders were amazing, really good honey mustard. Got my usual for dinner and everything just as I expected. Luis was a great server, so friendly and accommodating. Very quick to clear plates, bring refills and ask if all was well once we had received our food. Helped us order to go muffins/rolls for breakfast tomorrow. “Have you ever wondered what it would be like to observe a cross section of white suburban Middle America in a barndominium style prefab humanarium? One side is glass so you can observe from outside if you find the sounds they make when they feed disturbing. Unposted dress code enforced through a policy of strict voluntary participation.Coffee is drinkable. Food is unsurprising. Service is rapid and rf locaters keep your wait staff too distant to inspire tipping. Spotless.I wasn't sure it was going to be ok at first. They seemed like they might pounce at any time as I walked amongst them gripping my tazer under my hoodie.No one was injured.“
“Today we got the raspberry rhubarb with cream cheese bread and the pumpkin chocolate chip muffins and it’s the tastiest pastry we’ve had in a while. It’s perfectly cooked and moist. We have been wanting to stop here for a while and finally got time to. The lady helping was very helpful and informative of her options, I wish I caught your name! Thank you! “Only open 2 days a week, but worth altering your morning routine for. Get there early because they sell out quickly. The cinnamon rolls are light and not overly sweet or over saturated with cinnamon. I like this style, my kids could use a bit more of both. The Kolaches are top notch and the variety is really good. Not sure if they would be good on day 2 because ours never make it that long.“
“We were driving through town and decided to give them a call. We learned they sell their products inside of Hy-Vee in the area. We stopped and grabbed a pack of gluten free sugar cookies, gluten free puppy chow, and a gluten free strawberry cupcake w/strawberry frosting. One word… AMAZING! They don’t taste gluten free at all!“

“I had the fruit salad and brisket sandwich. Both were delicious! The fruit was ripe and fresh cut. We also shared a piece of the chocolate cake between three of us and still had leftovers! It was a super generous helping and very decadent.The atmosphere is quaint and fun, with beautiful light fixtures.The gals serving us were friendly and helpful great job and thank you!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp entrance in the back. I recommend bringing help or calling ahead, as you'll need to maneuver the gift shop area. Totally doable with care, just be aware.“
