“New to CR … this was our second sushi stop and it was by far the best! Of course we did the All You Can Eat Sushi option and it was soooooo good. Everything came out fast. Portions were large and this place had a much bigger selection than the other recommended sushi place. Sushi 🍣 was fresh… We left super full and happy 🫰“

“Easy to order and pay online, ready on time, was greeted by staff. The new Detroit crust was great. Only suggestion is use a different sauce, such as made from crushed tomatoes and not so heavy on the spices.
If you have kids the Mini Murph is a wonderful value and the kids learns to top their own pizza. All the ingredients come in a kit for just $4.“

They were organized, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, everything was flawless—from the setup to the food to the flow of the evening. Our guests were raving about the venue, and we felt so supported every step of the way. “From out of town, and happened across this place by Googling Thai restaurants. Gave it a try, and I am in love! Service was very good. The soup, and the entree, tasted so fresh-very tasty Thai chicken curry. I especially love this place because I travel with a non-adventurous friend. She can eat American, while I try several Asian cuisines. Perfect!“

“I had the U-The-Chef omelette. I like that they offer egg whites as a substitute for whole eggs. I am vegetarian and noticed that you can get a vegetarian patty as a substitute for ground beef patties. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be back!“

“First time eating their food, I ordered to go. Coming in to pick up my food, I would have loved to stay and eat inside. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, and I love that you can see the cooks hard at work on their delicious food. One pancake! One super massive buttermilk pancake and I was almost too full to have anything else. The cinnamon stuffed French toast is definitely a flag ship dish all on its own!“

“We have now eaten here twice, and we had a great experience both times. Our son is attending the nearby university, and this will be our go-to Mexican restaurant until he graduates. Everything we have eaten here is something we would order again, service is pretty good, and the place is clean and authentic. The guacamole flight is something you won't find anywhere else, and is highly recommended if you enjoy guac. The queso dip with chorizo is seriously the best we've ever had, and we order it EVERY time we eat at a Mexican restaurant. They have a large variety of draft beers, available in 2 sizes. The chips & salsa are fresh. It's far enough from campus that it's usually not very crowded. The menu is HUGE, so there's always something new to try. My son enjoyed his first flautas and my wife enjoyed her first gorditas outside of Taco Bell. I had the camarones chipotle for the first time because of previous reviews, and I was not disappointed. Portion sizes are generous and the ingredients are high quality. Thanks Xolo, see you next time.“

“Stopped at Brewhemia for the first time today and it was wonderful! Met one of my late father’s friends there who hasn’t seen me since I was a couple days old, so we were catching up talking about our memories of my dad. I was so engrossed in conversation that I hadn’t realized they had closed almost 40 minutes prior. No one came over to rush us out, but I apologized as they offered me a to-go cup for my drink and they graciously told us it wasn’t a problem. We then sat outside on the patio for another hour in the shade finishing up our coffee. Thank you so much for giving us space while we talked about some pretty heavy things along with our wonderful memories. It truly means a lot to me as I cherish every moment I get to talk about my father, especially with those who cared about and love him almost as much as I do. ♥️ I will certainly be suggesting this place to everyone, but I promise to remind them of the closing time so they don’t overstay their welcome like we did. 😅“

“I change this from a one-star review to a five star review because it appears they finally got rid of the manager that was doing some suspicious stuff, and really making sexist misandry type comments.
This is a great place, they keep up on the equipment the food is amazing, chill atmosphere 80s movies on TVs.
I love it I just wish the owners would listen to the customers.
There was some real suspicious stuff going on for a long time.
I wonder if sometimes when complaints were coming through the manager was just intercepting them.
Maybe the owner should leave a way for people to get directly to them.“

“not a bad place at all been going here for years. laid back for me music is always an issue for me I like it to sound good it would be nice if it would be cheap but you got to love Touch Tunes. nice and quiet for breakfast everyday wonderful breakfast at that. but when the Jukebox is on it's party time other than when Iowa and Iowa games NFL games are on . great place to watch a game. TVs all over the place I got a spot in the middle if you can get a table you can just swivel around on a football Sunday and see about every game on. i7f you're like me and you bet on football live this is the place to do it makes the games fun right? that's Up For Debate anyway neither here neither there. look for my picture on the wall I was the first one to make the wall of..“

“What a delight in this food barren location in Cedar Rapids! It was right around the corner from my hotel (The Hampton) and I didn’t even realize it towards the end of my stay. Had I known Coyle’s was there I probably would’ve eaten there every day! The Hibachi was on point - fresh cooked flavorful veggies cooked to perfection, Rice - cooked to perfection! Not to mention the generous portions of steak, shrimp, and scallops. Well done Coyle’s Hibachi - I applaud and salute you.“

“Terrible experience, very disappointed with our visit today. We talked about going there all weekend because we enjoy the 86. Drove over an hour to get there by four today because they were closing early. The girl at the front was very sweet. We were very excited to be there and told her it was our first time there. She said we could sit down and order or go to the bar. We sat down and several servers looked at us, but no one waited on us. We went to the bar and said we had never been there before. A guy said there is a menu on the counter but I'll be over there cleaning, let me know what you want and walked away. We had no idea what we were doing since it was our first time there. I wanted to try wines and my husband whiskey, but not if no one wanted to wait on us. So, we looked at each other and decided to leave. Once in the parking lot I realized it was a long way home and I should use the restroom first. So, I went back in, and I told the girl behind the counter we were leaving because no one waited on us, but I needed to use the restroom first. When I came out of the restroom she said to enjoy the rest of our day. Would have had a better day if we could have tried something... Went from very excited to be there to can't wait to leave...“
