“Funny little bar.
It's was an oasis during the yearly antique show in Walnut, Iowa . Good drinks and cold beer. I never saw any sign of food when I was visiting. My only point of concern was never knowing what something was going to cost me. Prices seemed to vary with who was taking my order. It wasn't a big deal because it was always a fair price. 👍”

“My husband and I stopped here on a cross country trip and we were very impressed. We both loved the cheesy potato sausage soup and Mac and cheese. We got to the restaurant around 4:30 pm and we were the only ones there for a bit. Lauren G was our server. She was very attentive and apologetic when we had a bit of a wait due to prep work not being finished at the time we ordered. When my steak came out over cooked she offered to have it remade and taken off the bill. I was not expecting anything comped in fact I just asked her for more soup and to call it even. She reduced the bill for the wait and comped my steak on top of getting me a bowl of soup. Definitely will be back next cross country trip.🥰”

“8 of us stopped by about 20 minutes before they were going to close. The cashier/cook was so glad we stopped by. He took all of r orders then told us it might take a bit since was also the cook. Food came out real quick and all was delicious. From cheese steak,pizza and wings they all were good. Place was spotless along with restrooms. 10 out of 10!!”

The food is always fresh and hot, and I’ve never once had a wrong order — which is pretty impressive! It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Easily one of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to!”
