“okay...I'm not sure about the "homemade" ice cream... just moved here and that was the best choice I made that night. That being, I can't recommend THE STIL for anything besides the BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE HAD ♥️“

My FAVORITE is the caramel corn with the chocolate drizzle. I also love the unicorn poop drops and the milk chocolate salted caramels. but they also have coffee, milkshakes, etc! A little bit of everything you need for a sweet bite. ample indoor and outdoor seating!

“I grew up going to Reed’s Dairy in Idaho Falls. Living in Boise I have missed it. So glad this location is open. The ice cream never fails to impress and bring me some sweet nostalgia. The staff was kind and patient with my 3 crazy kids. We will be back :)“

“Don’t get confuse as you reach destination as per Google Maps, the “Snake River Creamery” is inside Hills Kitchen (photo attached).
We tried most of all ice cream stores in treasure valley and I would say this is one of the best with different flavours than normal ice cream stores. We tried “Pineapple Mango Guava” ice cream and we liked it.“

“The service here was amazing. I Have lived in Boise for 30 years and I don’t think I’ve ever tried this place. So I’ve really missed out on their amazing customer service and their delicious food. I ordered a double cheeseburger ? fries ?and a drink ? and I was very pleased with the food. I will definitely be back and the customer service I received from the gentleman at the front was amazing. He was amazing. Place was clean and it was really Cool and nostalgic. I will definitely be back and I’ll bring my family with me.

“Huckleberry filled, with cream cheese frosting on top was fantastic. Not too sweet, great consistency, except it’s a little messy to eat without a fork.
Service was friendly and prompt, even though there was a line when we first walked in.
The smell is heavenly, environment was clean and cute.“

“Noah saved the day! Huge thank you for helping us with a large order that the Meridian branch made impossible and very difficult beyond reason.
Crumble cookies are always a hit. I would recommend the Boise branch awesome attitudes, smart, good business operations.
Visit Meridian Crumble if you only need one cookie and zero business sense.
Thank you again Noah!“

“Last night (July 24, 2025), our peaceful Idaho Israel Alliance meet-up at Push & Pour Coffee on S. Latah St. was disrupted by a group of aggressive anti-Israel agitators. Though we had notified the café in advance and were simply enjoying our first monthly gathering, these individuals showed up shouting hostile slogans—including “death to Israel,” “death to the IDF,” and “you aren’t welcome in Idaho”—while repeatedly trying to provoke a confrontation. Despite our calm and respectful conduct, the café employee asked our group—not the disruptors—to leave, stating, “We don’t support your cause and you aren't welcome here.” We complied without fuss. The agitators remained until Boise Police arrived and professionally trespassed them from the property. We’re sharing this because no one should be harassed or removed from a business for meeting peacefully—or for being Jewish, which is exactly what this felt like. We thank Boise PD for their respectful handling of the situation and remain committed to civil discourse, mutual respect, and the freedom to assemble.- IIA.“

“I popped into Stella’s late one afternoon on my way home from work, looking to treat myself with a pint of ice cream. I couldn’t decide between my usual go-to flavor of mint chocolate chip, or if I wanted to try something new. I wound up doing both and also got a pint of the All Nighter, a coffee-flavored ice cream. They even had peanut butter PUPsicles so I grabbed one of those for my dog. The gal at the counter (who was super helpful while I asked questions about the ice cream flavors) rang me up and I was on my way. I’m almost (but not entirely) embarrassed to admit that I didn’t make it home before I needed to try a bite of the ice cream. I was in standstill traffic, it was hot, and I had a spoon. Or so I thought. I was already committed at that point so I just took a little bite off the top of the opened pint. And another. And another. It was so good that I ate what I could reach without the use of a spoon, then I had to try the other flavor. Both were so good and creamy that I had to force myself to put the lids back on and save some for my husband. My dog is lucky I didn’t break into his pupsicle. Now to the pupsicle. I gave it to my dog as soon as I got home. His little mind was blown by the surprise treat and I sat on the floor with him, holding the pupsicle as he licked it. He didn’t stop until the ice cream was gone and once it was, he still had the cookie part to eat. He rated it 4 paws up and wants another. I will definitely be back to try all the flavors!“
