8 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Blackfoot

“I grew up in blackfoot in the 80's and this place hasn't been updated since they built it. It's so old feeling that it's "almost" nostalgic. I've never gotten a hot meal at AC, it is almost always just basically room temp. The food isn't bad, it's just that they don't care and the menu is outdated. Service was fine, not great, but what should you expect?“

“9:30 on the day of my visit out of town was greeted by a lovely presence that took my order. Then at the payment window a total was not read to me, my card was snatched out of my hand and I was not offered a receipt. I brushed it off maybe they're having a bad night.

Then I went to the pickup window and sat for 2 minutes or so. I was then told "I'm gonna need you to park around the corner." I brushed the rude, dismissive and short attitude off. Went and parked where I thought was right and sat for about 15 minutes.

I sat and waited and then several cars went by me without waiting. I then drove back up to the drive through and the young man was extremely apologetic and told me to meet me where I was told to wait and he would bring it to me personally. He showed respect, gratitude and kindness in my 20 second interaction with him where the other two workers at the window obviously didn't want to be there.

“Today Dev the manager over at Blackfoot Arby’s was amazing I would definitely recommend for everyone to go to him he is a great guy he. The customer service he gives is one of the top I have ever seen. Thank you for making my day great“

“Big fan of this place, however this store did have a mix up with my sandwich and someone else's sandwich and it was a bit of a mess. Also however, it was resolved quickly thanks to the store manager. Just wish corporate would bring back the kickin' ranch.“
