I love A&W restaurants. But when u ask for 2 large Root Beer floats, make them a large! Fill it up! The dome caps should have ice cream in it! That’s what it’s for!! It’s almost five bucks for a large and I could just as easily got a half a gallon of ice cream and a 2 litter and made my own. This is just poor customer service and goes against everything A&W is. So disappointed.
Wish I could give a better rating, but the long wait and being the only burger restaurant in Boise that refuses to serve it without the bun for diabetics or anyone on a low carb diet is inexcusable.

This is the second time in the past month or two I have come in prior to 10:00 o'clock, tonight around 9:40 to be exact lady time around 9:30 and no one will help you. They completely act like they are already closed but the lights are still all on. .. I can visibly see there are employees inside and they didn't answer back when asking them if they're open. Guess I'm done trying
