Then again, I pick everything that goes in my bowl so if I didn't like it, then it would mostl likely be my fault. Everyone I have introduced to Mongolian Bistro like it as well and go back. Love their Spicy Tuna Roll. That crunch he adds to the tuna filling is good. Especially dipped into a mixture of soy sauce & wasabi.

Their lunch specials from 11am-230pm are inexpensive and filling. Especially with their egg flower soup that they offer for FREE with your lunch special purchase.

They definitely TRY to put utmost love and care into what they do. So whether you have a bad experience or good experience make sure to always come back for we are human, sinners, and imperfect.

“I hate doing this because this is our favorite Chinese restaurant. Due to staffing issues we had to wait twenty minutes to be seated. Wouldn't have been an issue except half the tables were empty. People were only seated after someone left.
Or meal was great, quality of food has not suffered. We will still be going back.“

After an online order, an employee called to check on a noodle order and make sure it was what I wanted, because as he said “this is different from most Chinese noodles, and we want to make sure it’s what you want”. I changed to chicken lo mein after his call and it was perfect for my kids! Also, best egg roll I’ve ever had! We are officially fans!“

They are always super courteous, the portions are more than generous, the sushi is fresh and well packaged, and we look forward to every order. “2nd visit update: amazing! Loved everything and Julie is the best! Tried Mandarin chicken & beef chow foon tonight, so yummy! Cooked fresh, hot, veggies crunchy in all the right ways, noodles were wonderful! Continue to be impressed.... Way better than any buffet food, this is the place for great Chinese food, good quality and prices! Staff are wonderful!

1st visit: Wow! Exceeded my expectations. First time visit, was looking for 'crappy' Chinese food (if you know what I mean since our buffet spot closed down)... The food was WAY better than buffet and I was actually super impressed. I had the house chow mein, that was so yummy (you could taste wok-iness). Felt light, not heavy and greasy like typical Chinese. Also shared pork and seeds (classic) and thought their pork fried rice was flavorful and delicious (umaimi!). Julie, our waitress, was delightful! Super nice and great service. Will definitely be back, and I'm totally getting house chow mein again! Craveable!!!“

“I am Panda Express' #1 fan (proven) and in recent years, it's been horrible. I swore off Panda Express until I decided to give this one another chance.
This is the only Panda Express I will go to from now on. Every other Panda Express burns the rice or under-cooks the orange chicken. This is the last bastion of Panda Express.
They forgot my Teriyaki Chicken and just as I was about to leave and go home to discover this cruel truth, one of their employees ran out of the restaurant to tell me before I even realized the mistake and then she brought it out to me. If I knew her name, I'd write it here but it was 10:00 am on November 2nd. Any other employee might have just let their mistake slide but she went beyond what could reasonably be expected of her and I think that's commendable.

“Exceptional service & staff!
I decided to go to Panda because I was craving honey walnut shrimp. Upon arrival I noticed that there wasn’t any made & asked Som if she recommended the kung pao chicken or the sweet fire chicken breast letting her know I usually get honey walnut shrimp which is why I don’t know which to get. She let me know that they could make a new batch for me & any other entree that isn’t available. I said I would appreciate that if it isn’t too much trouble. She insisted that it wasn’t. While waiting for my shrimp which took less than five minutes, I was given a drink cup by Pamela P & when I opened my bag when I got home I was surprised by two fortune cookies. I will definitely be back! :)“

Sure, it’s usually just your go-to spot for consistently good food—and they do a great job at that—but tonight was about so much more than the meal. The team went out of their way to make my daughter feel special and made the whole experience truly great. You could tell the managers leadership in place created an environment where the staff could really shine. Well done sir.“
